Sheraton New Delhi Hotel

Clean room, wonderful staff. Everyone one was attentive and friendly. Had a great stay. The food is excellent. Will definitely revisit and recommend the hotel to friends and family. Thanks for making our stay perfect.

I didn’t stay here. The room was booked. The manager called me and said they had a power outage that somehow only affected the floor my room was on. The manager took care of it and told me she made arrangements for me and my family at a close by hotel and told me “I got you a great deal on the rate”. The rate was better cause we were sent to a much lower end hotel no where near as nice.

Cleanliness in room and common areas, helpful staff, tasty breakfast options, and nice location were all pluses

Breakfast had a lot of options. The food was delicious, the staff were attentive. We arrived at 3 am. We were able to order a small meal at their 24 hour restaurant. The chicken tikka grill and naan were very tasty.

Great hotel perfect service excellent breakfast

Excellent customer service at all levels and great food. The hotel was in a quieter location and had great amenities.

Location: The hotel is located in Saket, South Delhi just next to the biggest shopping malls DLF Avenue and City Select Walk. The location is perfect for shopping, touring, and going around the very posh area Mehrauli, which isn’t too far. The area is very safe & quiet and the palm lined footpaths are very pretty. There’s also a big Costa Cafe just after Haldirams and also an ATM machine. The Hotel: Reception is very impressive with a huge centre piece containing fresh flowers is beautiful. The lobby is equally nice with good seating area and is very clean and tasteful. The staff are highly professional and very nice and look out for their guests. A special thanks to Richa who really took care of me when I fell down whilst shopping. The Rooms: The rooms are a good size, with a double bed, desk and a small table and an armchair. The bathroom is also decent in size, with a bath tub. However, despite being renovated some years ago, I feel that the rooms need to be refurbished and the carpets to be replaced. The whole set up is in dire need of modernisation. I wasn’t happy with my room, the carpet was very dirty, the room in general was dusty. However, Mr. Mukesh took exceptional care to ensure that my room was clean & tidy every day for my 10 day duration! Thanks to Mr. Mukesh, my room was made more comfortable and all of my complaints were dealt with promptly. Breakfast: Generally a good spread. However, the morning bakery section can be improved with more choice.

Nice stay very comfortable rooms and very polite and helpful staff. Location is of course central.

great place to sit and chat. Breakfast buffet had many choices for all palates. Good overall service and value for money.

Pavilion crew was very good. Rahul at the Chinese restaurant was exceptional.
