I love staying at the Ashtan Portico. The room was perfect, staff were great, loved the breakfast buffet, and the location is great - Green Park is fab. My in room dining was the best - definitely staying here next time I’m in Delhi

Very nice place to stay; great breakfast!

mr Lavreen took me a hospital even mid night. his service is perfect.

Average hotel. Breakfast buffet was average. Service was average. Overcharged on cab services provided by hotel. Included various charges not informed earlier. Staff on duty was not helpful when questioned about the overcharge. Appears staff too is untrained in providing good customer service.

While the neighborhood may not be much, it's close to a metro station and tuktuks. The restaurant is a gem that should not be overlooked. The food and service were great. The rooms are very modern and the desk and security staff went out of their way to assist me.

My stay was for 2.5 weeks. Staff was great from the moment I arrived. I am from the USA and I enjoyed having the American food options. I took advantage of the room services and laundry services. Great location and in walking distance to food, shoping, etc. Would stay again but my next stay is for 4 weeks and it is not within my budget. Thanks to everyone for making my stay a goog one.

There is nothing extra exciting or inspiring about this hotel, but it is a solid choice and we would consider staying there again. This is especially if you have a good reason to be in the Green Park neighborhood or you appreciate having a metro station (Green Park on the Yellow Line) just a few steps away. We were a little disappointed that the restaurant did not have much in terms of vegan options. Luckily other restaurant options are within walking distance. The room was a little small, but it was fine for Delhi. It was clean and organized and the staff were professional and courteous.

It is not worth the price.

Perfect for short stay, good breakfast and not too far from central Delhi.staff could do with a bit of smile, why so serious!?

Certo non mi aspettavo chissà che cosa, visto il costo del soggiorno. Mi aspettavo di essere un po’ più vicino al centro. Sicuramente mi aspettavo un angolo bar.... Un po’ più di preparazione da parte del personale, per aiutare i turisti, non avevano neanche una mappa della città.

we stayed here our first two nights in india. overall, it was fine. for a little less money, you'd be somewhere sketchy. for a little more, you'd be somewhere nicer. so middle of the road, and perfectly fine. not great, not terrible. there is another sarovar portico location near the airport which looked nicer and i would consider visiting next time we're in delhi. the hotel was clean and quiet and we had plenty of hot water for showering. the room was a little beat up looking, with chipped furniture and flooring, and the bathroom fixtures a little worn. but the bathroom and linens were clean and the room was warm which was nice because delhi was experiencing record low temps while we were there. on our booking, it clearly stated we had free breakfast, but when we got there, they insisted we did not and charged us. i was too tired to argue so we paid it both days. it wasn't a lot and it's india, so pick your battles. however, breakfast was good and everything was freshly prepared. overall, it was clean, safe, and quiet for our very first time in delhi so i don't regret it.
