The Hans Hotel New Delhi

Good place

The hotel was fine for one night. It is well located in the heart of where a tourist wants to be. The breakfast was fine and the wait staff very kind. The bed was comfortable but the bathroom needed updating along with the light fixtures. It was definitely more of a 3 star than a 4. And the young woman at the front desk asked me to give a review, which I agreed to. She asked for my phone to pull up the website and when she gave it back I saw that SHE had written a review! UNACCEPTABLE.

Nice clean hotel room. Staff were polite and friendly. Would stay again if I come back to Delhi.

Overall good experience

Avoid this hotel! Booked a two night stay but my plans changed due to delays when traveling to Delhi. Contacted the hotel about 4-5 times that I would arrive 2 days later than experter and got the responsen not to worry and that they would change the date of arrival. When I arrived they first tried to charge a wrong amount, then they confused me with another guest. After 30-40 minutes they finally told me no rooms were available eventhough they written to me they hade changed my reservation. A rude and arrogant manager also came and told me he could not help me, but it was more that he didnt care or wanted. They charged me for one night, told me to go out and find a new hotel at 10 pm, couldnt even give me a suggestion for a new hotel or help me with the transport. Worst place I ever come across, terrible customer service!

2 days in Delhi and this location was convenient for business. Good hotel is good condition.

Wifi didn’t work at all! Customer service is terrible spent the whole day trying to fix with IT! I had to leave hotel to a cafe as their wifi never worked! They form of compensation was fruit platter at midnight! You should not look at the google reviews as they are bought! It is nowhere close to a 4 star hotel!

Incredible building as far as architecture and city views go. Decent location too. However, the staff wasn’t too helpful; I requested three times for an ironing board (on two different days) and it was never delivered to my room, despite my request being “written down”. WiFi would stop working at times.

Overall is satisfactory, but the property is a bit old. Expect renovation.

Hotel can use some upgrade. Very basic. Bed needs replacement matras. Breakfast is mainly Indian and basic. No bar and restaurant.

Bed was unusually soft for India and thebpillows amazing. Room and fellow guests very quiet overall. Appreciated. Near metro and street vendors and Connaught place so lots of options nearby for food etc. Good wifi and helpful front desk.

It's a nice hotel that shows its age. The rooms are a good size and comfortable enough. The breakfast was good, and the staff was friendly throughout our stay. The location was a short (10 min) walk to Connaught Place, where there are ample choices for eating.

General things arent in the room in the arrival only they hv to set all the things before arrival..so many things are missing

The location is very convenient . All major sight seeing are nearby. The restaurant on premises is very convenient for food & drink .

It's relatively well located for visiting the central part of New Delhi.

This is a wonderful hotel where all the staff are smiling and provide great service.

A little basic, but largely clean and comfortable, and in a good location.

Lobby, washroom are really outdated.
