Treebo Trend Sea Side

Needs a refurb,staff good,very out of the way,taxi had a hard time finding it.

Ok for the price,nightmare to find if you get a taxi driver who has no idea where it is at2.30 am.Otherwise it is ok.

The hotel cancelled our booking without notice, then there was reception.... well what only be described as beyond rude! Spent nearly two hours with Hotels.com (who were amazing) trying to sort it over Facebook and phone and Treebo Head Office trying to sort it. Reception staff were dismissive, talked over us, refused to acknowledge our booking was still showing as active to the point of refusing to look at ‘active bookings’ then proceeded to talk amoungst themselves laughing ‘this is india, their booking is cancelled’ they ignored Hotels.coms calls and picked and hung up some, Hotels.com asked me to tell them to take their call, ridiculous and unbelievable. When asked direct questions they ignored us, at one point I had to ask others in the room if I was visible, everyone around was shocked by the whole experience and there’s ongoing communication regarding complaint. After the 2 hours, they actually found a room in a ‘fully booked’ hotel which leads on to other issues- The hotel itself was rather dirty and there was a lot of noise from staff talking/shouting in corridors making it difficult to sleep. Never again.

AC was not working that well in the room, but it had a fan and nights were cool enough to have the windows open. It is not a big and fancy hotel on the beach, but it is VERY nearby and much quieter. I was very comfortable, felt safe, and would stay again to save money for eating out and travelling around. Good water pressure, hot water was always available, and the toilet was never a worry, what more can you ask for?!

The hotel is old and tired but it’s worth what you pay, good location, I normally stay in the Sun N Sand across the car park but thought I try this hotel this time because it was quarter of the price. We still went across the car park to Sun n Sand for drinks and dinner and it was worth staying here across the car park, what we saved in room charges we had a good time spending it in Sun N Sand.

Not value for money ,Untidy rooms , overall rundown conditions needs extensive renovation for eg broken switches , house keeping erratic services, disappointing.

Everything was good but they only provide 1 water bottle in a day for 2 people and if we need more they were charging 90/- per bottle.

Best location in juhu and quite peaceful as compare to other hotels near by on main road

Hotel is tucked away, which is okay, the directions to find the place is most essential, entrance through the gate of Sun n Sands and follow through to the end and turn right, also hotel is Treebo Sea Side, it doesn't say that, just Sea Side you have to ask if your in the right place. The check in was hassel free and pleasant, the room was clean, tidy and had a home away from feel about it, the hotel is old style and can do with a little freshening up, it doesn't change comfort levels but more pleasing to the eye. The breakfast was reasonable, mainly vegetarian style, but a standard inclusion of fruit and cereal will be well received by oversea's guests, hot water can be addressed, can run out if a later shower is desired.

This hotel looked okay from online reviews, but it really was not. The room was dirty, not well ventilated, the bathroom was dirty and dingy. The hotel staff was not helpful when we asked for a rollaway bed and a converter (we never got either, the staff had an un uniformed man follow us into our room to try to decipher what the converter was for. We were very uncomfortable and canceled our stay here, staying only 1 night. Would not recommend.

This hotel is full of character, if not the most comfortable stay. It is populated entirely by Indian tourists and businesspeople. The beds are cots, and my shower leaked, but the Indian kfast everyday was great. Don't bother with room service.

perfect location of the hotel near Juhu Beach . walkable distance to the beach and total value for money paid complimentary breakfast should have more options but is also is good and we had our lunches and dinner here as the food was indeed amazing it has a restaurant which runs till 3 -4 am and serves amazing food. The day and night manager both are courteoous and helpful men .Thank you
