- Maximum number of guests according to villa capacity, capacity including children (All guests who come or stay are counted in the number of guests) Family Only. - capacity of 7 people maximum of 10 people (with more than 7 people will be charged 300rb/night) - Late check out is not allowed if on the day of check out there are the next guests. - Late check out is allowed if on the day of check out there are no further guests with a maximum of 13.00 WIB more than that will be charged Rp 100,000/hour. - Not allowed for birthdays or parties - It is not allowed to use loudspeakers or make noise so that it disturbs the environment around the Villa - The curfew is limited after 22.00 no music, singing and activities outside the villa that disturb the surrounding environment are not allowed. - No pets are allowed. - It is forbidden to bring alcohol, drugs, firearms - Guests submit Identity (KTP) to be represented as the person in charge of the tenant during their stay at the Villa - If there is any damage will be the responsibility of the tenant. - Guests read and agree to all Villa Rules before making a reservation - The villa has the right to cancel the reservation unilaterally with the villa rental fee being the rights of the villa owner if the guest does not heed the Villa rules
