We loved staying at the Villa. As this is a collection of stand-alone properties, there isn't a check in desk or reception, but the communication was great and we got responses all the time. Even before we arrived, they checked in to make sure all was going to be ok for us. We had a friend join us for a couple of nights and he actually arrived first - I emailed his number to them and they met him at the villa and checked him in first. Great service.
We all had massages in the villa which were great. Definitely worth paying a bit more for that.
The villa itself was lovely and if we ever go back to this area we would stay again.
The only thing missing was any info about the beach area that belongs to the villas. To be fair, we didnt ask, but it would have been good to have been pointed in the right directon in the villa info.

Absolutely loved this property and I highly recommend it for spacious & comfortable and luxurious stay. The property exceeded our expectations and the hosts were extremely welcoming and accommodating to our needs. Plenty of living space so great for big families or families with teenagers. Our young children loved the pool and the feel of the villa had a great vibe. It’s about a one minute walk to the beach which is well suited for dinner and sundowners. We also had a western breakfast next door which was very convenient. We will be back.

This beautiful house was a hidden paradise! I couldn't believe how relaxed I was when we all received massages the first night before bedtime. And then in the morning when we had a delicious breakfast cooked for us in our kitchen, I felt completely spoiled! We didn't think we'd ever leave the inner courtyard pool sanctuary, but then we discovered the delicious restaurants and coffee house that were right on the beach across the street, and realized that nourishment was only a short walk and gorgeous sunset away! I highly recommend the Kedonganan Beach Villas for a relaxing getaway!

Die Villa ansich ist sehr geräumig und schön, auf den Bildern wirkt der Aussenbereich größer als er ist, aber er ist dennoch schön. Leider riecht es stark aus den Abflüssen, das war etwas unangenehm. Der Service und die Kommunikation waren super! Die Umgebung ist in Ordnung, die Villa liegt zentral. Zum Strand muss man über eine Strasse

Absolutely loved this property and I highly recommend it for spacious & comfortable and luxurious stay. The property exceeded our expectations and the hosts were extremely welcoming and accommodating to our needs. Plenty of living space so great for big families or families with teenagers. Our young children loved the pool and the feel of the villa had a great vibe. It’s about a one minute walk to the beach which is well suited for dinner and sundowners. We also had a western breakfast next door which was very convenient. We will be back.

This beautiful house was a hidden paradise! I couldn't believe how relaxed I was when we all received massages the first night before bedtime. And then in the morning when we had a delicious breakfast cooked for us in our kitchen, I felt completely spoiled! We didn't think we'd ever leave the inner courtyard pool sanctuary, but then we discovered the delicious restaurants and coffee house that were right on the beach across the street, and realized that nourishment was only a short walk and gorgeous sunset away! I highly recommend the Kedonganan Beach Villas for a relaxing getaway!

Would come back here again with the family. We have 3 young kids and they just loved the place. Walking distance to alot of dining options and beach. They also have a cafe which served great meal options. With a gym too.

La villa louée commence a être défraichit mais elle fait encore le job. Calme et tranquillité, accueil sympathique.
La proximité avec la plage et les restos est un plus.

Sehr gut ausgestattete Beach Villa nur wenige Meter vom Strand entfernt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hat ständig nachgefragt, ob wir etwas benötigen oder ob alles in Ordnung ist.
Wasserspender wurde nachgefüllt, so dass immer Trinkwasser zur Verfügung Stand. Einzigen abzug fibt es für die viel zu hellen Schalfzimmer. Sobald die Sonne aufgeht ist man wach, weil es viel zu hell ist.
In der Umgebung gibt es viele Restaurants zu Fuß erreichen. Liegen am Strand stehen auch zur Verfügung.

Clean, nice pool. Not much nearby. There is a cash deposit that needs to be paid at check in.
We showered with cold water in the morning before our flight. Apparently there was a water heater that needed to be turned on, but was not explained during the initial tour. It was too late by the time we found out.

This was a great place for my honeymoon. Honestly ended up looking like the pictures. The staff and security were very nice and helpful. This area is right off the street of a seafood restaurant strip. So it’s only busy around sunset. However, it was always quiet there and didn’t feel like a tourist trap compared to Kuta. Would stay here again!

Es gibt nur ein Wort dafür: GIGANTISCH!
Ich finde nichts was gestört hat.
Obwohl es keine Rezeption gibt, hat man einen schnelleren Service als in jedem 5*Hotel.
Alles geht über Whatsapp und die Reaktion ist superschnell. Das Ganze auch noch 24/7.
Für alle die eine ruhige Umgebung suchen, die auch mal einen Tag nur am eigenen Pool abhängen möchten, die richtige Wahl.
Die Villen sind perfekt ausgestattet und man fühlt sich wie zuhause.
Sehr gute Boxspringbetten, große Badetücher und Duschtücher, Klimaanlagen und große Deckenventilatoren runden alles ab.
Selbst Wäsche kann man im eigenen Waschraum mit Maschine waschen.
In Fußnähe sind leider nur die sehr teuren touristischen Fischrestaurants am Strand, aber mit einem Roller kommt man schnell überall hin.
Der Privatstrand ist einebettet in einen öffentlichen Strandclub, hat aber genug Liegen und Schirme für die Gäste der Beach Villas. Strand ist schön groß, toll zum baden und eigent sich für lange Spaziergänge.

Vi er en familie på 5 som opholdt os 5 dage i villaen. Der er egentligt store værelser og badeværelser samt pool, men det hele fremstår meget slidt og trist. Området omkring er larmende pga meget trafik, og der er ikke rigtig byliv eller butikker i nærheden, men stranden på den anden side af vejen er fin. Man skal gå et stykke eller køre til de mere hyggelige omåder i bugten. Desværre en skuffelse.

Amazing villa near the beach. We absolutely loved it. The pool is to die for and the place is so comfortable. It is definitely a bit more like a rental than a hotel. You’ll get welcome snacks and all drinking water provided but you’ll need to bring all other consumables including tea and coffee.
You can get breakfast made in the villa, which is nice. I would recommend having transport at the villa. Motorbikes or a car would be perfect. It’s a tiny bit isolated in some ways. It’s close to the beach and the seafood restaurants but not much else. It is an incredible place to just relax by the pool, though. Building is just starting to get a bit tired but everything worked beautifully. Definitely recommend for a relaxing break!! Best villa I have stayed in and a great price.
