We are welcome by the team of friendly and smiling staffs from the resort. Billy helped to check us in and also shared the info of the resort to us. He even buggy us for around for a quick tour. We also went to nearby hawker for some local food and folowed by massage. Food was also good in the resort and we had a wonderful stay.

My family had a blast at Natra Bintan. This resort is very family friendly, all the staff are very polite and helpful. We signed up the kids activities package with Treasure Bay, if you are hotel guest, you will enjoy 20% off discount which is a really good deal as you can utilize the voucher for 2 days span. We also love the food at the hotel, kids eat for free and there is a good variety of choices. I highly recommend this resort and will definitely revisit again in the near future.

During our recent stay, we were particularly impressed by the staff, who were exceptionally friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. Their efforts made us feel welcome and special, and the service provided was warm and genuine. The facilities themselves, at least in the unit we occupied, were well-serviced and we were accommodated in many thoughtful ways by the team. However, we did notice that the ceiling of our tent had accumulated mold, which should be addressed through proper cleaning and disinfection. Given the cost of the stay, we feel that such an issue does not reflect the level of condition that guests would reasonably expect. Overall, while the staff and service were outstanding, attention to this maintenance matter would greatly enhance the quality and value of the experience.

Stayed 2 nights for a family vacation (2 adults, 1 2-years-old). Very close to the ferry terminal, with complimentary shuttle bus from/to the terminal and property. The property was great with a huge pool in front of the tents. Breakfast was good, especially the Masala Tea. Would have been even better if the menu changed a little more for the 2 days. The afternoon tea was very cost efficient, but not the highest quality type. The BBQ at tent was a good experience. Had the Indonesian menu, the shirmp was especially good. Inside the tent was spacious and clean.

God awful experience staying here. No one shud ever come here thinking it will be quiet and peaceful. They keep hosting so many noisy horrid events which either start at 5am or go on till late in night. This country has no sense of modulating noise or have a sense of hospitality. They think everyone enjoys a gawdy, noisy event . We will never ever be back ! And pls pls there are soo many better resorts here . I personally recommend Angsana and Banyan tree. Made a mistake booking here this time. Nightmarish experience.

The tents were great and very comfortable but the resort itself has limited dining options and there is no real swimming pool or beach (the laggin area is not open for swimming). The service was a bit slow but the staff were super friendly and helpful.

Natra Bintan is a very nice resort with nice crystal lagoon. The staffs there were amazing. Rooms were cozy and aircon was very cooling as the weather outside was extremely hot. The walk to Treasure Bintan activity centre was quite a distance to walk. Overall we enjoyed our stay at Natra Bintan and we would definitely choose Natra Bintan again. It’s near to BBT ferry terminal.

As a family of 2 adults and a daughter aged 12 we stayed for 4 nights and had a fantastic time. The staff are so helpful considerate and always have a smile on their faces. The taxi driver Antonio was especially helpful with trips to different areas. The food was delicious lots of choices and never a bad meal, the cost of the food was very reasonable for a hotel and the standard was consistently good. You also have access to the lagoon with the water park which was great fun trying wakeboarding for the first time. We have lots of happy memories from our stay. Please remember you are staying in a tent and although it is a luxurious tent it does not have sound proofing so remember ear plugs if a light sleeper. I am a light sleeper but was fine without any earplugs but just so people are aware. We did have a couple of downpours but soon cleared and dried up. A lovely hotel elevated higher by the staff.

グランピングの部屋に初めて宿泊しましたが、快適にリラックスして過ごせました。受付のスタッフや従業員の方たちに丁寧に対応していただき、社員教育が行き届いていると感心しました。港にホテルのブースがあり、送迎もスムーズで安心して移動できました。東南アジア最大の素晴らしいプールの前で美味しい食事ができ、最高の気分でした。

The staff are excellent. They are helpful, patient, kind, smiling alot, always ready to help and look out for our needs. The buggy service is top of all. My sister has a bad ankle and can't walk distance. The buggy will come round and take us all the time. Never at any time think we were troublesome. Really appreciate the service staff! Note to management - there are molds on the top of the tent. May be good to treat that.

During our recent stay, we were particularly impressed by the staff, who were exceptionally friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. Their efforts made us feel welcome and special, and the service provided was warm and genuine. The facilities themselves, at least in the unit we occupied, were well-serviced and we were accommodated in many thoughtful ways by the team. However, we did notice that the ceiling of our tent had accumulated mold, which should be addressed through proper cleaning and disinfection. Given the cost of the stay, we feel that such an issue does not reflect the level of condition that guests would reasonably expect. Overall, while the staff and service were outstanding, attention to this maintenance matter would greatly enhance the quality and value of the experience.

Stayed 2 nights for a family vacation (2 adults, 1 2-years-old). Very close to the ferry terminal, with complimentary shuttle bus from/to the terminal and property. The property was great with a huge pool in front of the tents. Breakfast was good, especially the Masala Tea. Would have been even better if the menu changed a little more for the 2 days. The afternoon tea was very cost efficient, but not the highest quality type. The BBQ at tent was a good experience. Had the Indonesian menu, the shirmp was especially good. Inside the tent was spacious and clean.

My family had a blast at Natra Bintan. This resort is very family friendly, all the staff are very polite and helpful. We signed up the kids activities package with Treasure Bay, if you are hotel guest, you will enjoy 20% off discount which is a really good deal as you can utilize the voucher for 2 days span. We also love the food at the hotel, kids eat for free and there is a good variety of choices. I highly recommend this resort and will definitely revisit again in the near future.

Super friendly and very helpful staff which made it a great holiday. Lagoon was great with lots of different activities. Tents were really nice and clean and loved the outdoor private bathrooms

レストランでのバンドの音が夜22時まで続いていて、低周波が物凄くうるさく感じた。ちなみにバンドもカラオケ大会レベルの歌唱力だったので、非常に残念。

God awful experience staying here. No one shud ever come here thinking it will be quiet and peaceful. They keep hosting so many noisy horrid events which either start at 5am or go on till late in night. This country has no sense of modulating noise or have a sense of hospitality. They think everyone enjoys a gawdy, noisy event . We will never ever be back ! And pls pls there are soo many better resorts here . I personally recommend Angsana and Banyan tree. Made a mistake booking here this time. Nightmarish experience.

The tents were great and very comfortable but the resort itself has limited dining options and there is no real swimming pool or beach (the laggin area is not open for swimming). The service was a bit slow but the staff were super friendly and helpful.

Natra Bintan is a very nice resort with nice crystal lagoon. The staffs there were amazing. Rooms were cozy and aircon was very cooling as the weather outside was extremely hot. The walk to Treasure Bintan activity centre was quite a distance to walk. Overall we enjoyed our stay at Natra Bintan and we would definitely choose Natra Bintan again. It’s near to BBT ferry terminal.

As a family of 2 adults and a daughter aged 12 we stayed for 4 nights and had a fantastic time. The staff are so helpful considerate and always have a smile on their faces. The taxi driver Antonio was especially helpful with trips to different areas. The food was delicious lots of choices and never a bad meal, the cost of the food was very reasonable for a hotel and the standard was consistently good. You also have access to the lagoon with the water park which was great fun trying wakeboarding for the first time. We have lots of happy memories from our stay. Please remember you are staying in a tent and although it is a luxurious tent it does not have sound proofing so remember ear plugs if a light sleeper. I am a light sleeper but was fine without any earplugs but just so people are aware. We did have a couple of downpours but soon cleared and dried up. A lovely hotel elevated higher by the staff.

グランピングの部屋に初めて宿泊しましたが、快適にリラックスして過ごせました。受付のスタッフや従業員の方たちに丁寧に対応していただき、社員教育が行き届いていると感心しました。港にホテルのブースがあり、送迎もスムーズで安心して移動できました。東南アジア最大の素晴らしいプールの前で美味しい食事ができ、最高の気分でした。

The staff are excellent. They are helpful, patient, kind, smiling alot, always ready to help and look out for our needs. The buggy service is top of all. My sister has a bad ankle and can't walk distance. The buggy will come round and take us all the time. Never at any time think we were troublesome. Really appreciate the service staff! Note to management - there are molds on the top of the tent. May be good to treat that.
