The property is definitely not a 4.5 star property more like 3 stars. The management at this resort was the worse. I left my wallet in the safe when I checked out and it contained my credit cards and passport. I called the hotel to let them know, they stated that there was nothing in the safe. I drove back to the property and the manager kept asking me if maybe I left it somewhere else. She was trying to make me feel as if I was crazy and never had my wallet in the safe. Long story short don't stay here, if an issue arises, management will not help you. This was the most horrible experience I have ever had. I travel a lot and nothing like this has ever happened to me. Yes I left in the safe but that doesn't mean I should have been treated the way that I was. Thank goodness I was able to get back home. I'm also happy that I had amazing stays at the other properties while in Bali because this definitely left a nasty taste in my mouth. I DO NOT RECCOMEND PURI SEBALI at all.

My husband and I stayed here for 5 days in early October 2024. The resort was fantastic and the staff were extremely kind and attentive. There were a lot of food options at the restaurant and the food was really good. They offer a free shuttle to Ubud center. The view of the rice terrace was spectacular. We would definitely stay here again!

Quiet area, next to picturesque rice fields. We enjoyed the guided morning walk to the rice fields. Room was spacious, comfortable and well air conditioned. rooms were updated and well provisioned, with water, toiletries, etc. Lighting in bathroom could be better. Bathroom arrangement with semi-outdoor toilet area was strange — also meant that insects could get in, and air conditioning went out. No instructions on how to use in room TV. Very good breakfast.

Malgré deux problèmes de transport, nous avons passés un super séjour dans notre villa avec piscine. Nous étions tellement bien pendant 5 jours que nous avions peu visiter Ubud. La vue est magnifique! Le personnel est très accueillant, les petits déjeuners sont variés et très bon. Osine est très gentille. Nous avons aussi déjeuné et dîné plusieurs fois dans le restaurant il est également très bon. Un grand merci à Dody qui a été extrêmement gentil de nous avoir faire découvrir sa culture, nous avons beaucoup apprécié toutes ses explications.

We had a 3 day 2 night stay in this beautiful hotel. Staff could not do enough for us, they were amazing. Breakfast was excellent, we also had dinner there which was fantastic.Hotel room was spacious, beautiful shower and bath, separate toilet. A/C was great room stayed lovely and cool. Property is beautifully situated and the pool was great. Spa was fabulous. All in all wish we could have stayed for a longer visit. We used the shuttle into Ubud, also we were picked up by pre arrangement by the Hotel in Benoa and again used the hotel to take us to Denpasar Airport, every pickup went smoothly. The views from the dininag area of the Hotel are simply fantastic. Close to Monkey Gorest and Elephant Sanctuary. Would love to go back to this spot.

The property is definitely not a 4.5 star property more like 3 stars. The management at this resort was the worse. I left my wallet in the safe when I checked out and it contained my credit cards and passport. I called the hotel to let them know, they stated that there was nothing in the safe. I drove back to the property and the manager kept asking me if maybe I left it somewhere else. She was trying to make me feel as if I was crazy and never had my wallet in the safe. Long story short don't stay here, if an issue arises, management will not help you. This was the most horrible experience I have ever had. I travel a lot and nothing like this has ever happened to me. Yes I left in the safe but that doesn't mean I should have been treated the way that I was. Thank goodness I was able to get back home. I'm also happy that I had amazing stays at the other properties while in Bali because this definitely left a nasty taste in my mouth. I DO NOT RECCOMEND PURI SEBALI at all.

My husband and I stayed here for 5 days in early October 2024. The resort was fantastic and the staff were extremely kind and attentive. There were a lot of food options at the restaurant and the food was really good. They offer a free shuttle to Ubud center. The view of the rice terrace was spectacular. We would definitely stay here again!

Quiet area, next to picturesque rice fields. We enjoyed the guided morning walk to the rice fields. Room was spacious, comfortable and well air conditioned. rooms were updated and well provisioned, with water, toiletries, etc. Lighting in bathroom could be better. Bathroom arrangement with semi-outdoor toilet area was strange — also meant that insects could get in, and air conditioning went out. No instructions on how to use in room TV. Very good breakfast.

After we arrived early they offered a free shuttle into Ubud which we enjoyed..pool service and all meals were excellent! They even provided breakfast before the posted hours for us the next day as we had a tour to go on! Thanks so much!

Malgré deux problèmes de transport, nous avons passés un super séjour dans notre villa avec piscine. Nous étions tellement bien pendant 5 jours que nous avions peu visiter Ubud. La vue est magnifique! Le personnel est très accueillant, les petits déjeuners sont variés et très bon. Osine est très gentille. Nous avons aussi déjeuné et dîné plusieurs fois dans le restaurant il est également très bon. Un grand merci à Dody qui a été extrêmement gentil de nous avoir faire découvrir sa culture, nous avons beaucoup apprécié toutes ses explications.

Puri Sebali, is a wonderful hotel. The suites are large and comfortable, the private pool is magical. It’s peaceful and quiet, with a lovely view over the paddy fields. Great breakfast and dinner with friendly and accommodating staff. Highly recommend!
