Had an absolutely fantastic stay here for 3 nights. I think this is the best hotel room I have ever stayed in. Couldn't believe the size of the privat pool and you are facing East so you have got the most beautiful sunrise. We got up 5:45 every morning to swim in our pool while watching the sunrise, which was magical. The breakfast is absolutely delicious and the staff cannot do enough for you. Also the hotel is very close to a small town with plenty of eating options. Would also recommend to eat a both the restaurants just opposite the hotel.

Really beautiful villa with the view and the infinity pool! Lovely staff. Great massage at the spa and the food was quite good. You need a scooter to get around didn’t love walking in the winding roads. All in all I would recommend this resort!

Das Zimmer wurde nicht wie abgemacht gereinigt. Erst als wir am Abend zurück waren, wollten sie reinigen.. Badwanne war dreckig. Als wir eingetroffen sind (ca. 14 Uhr) war der Empfang nicht besetzt. Wir mussen ca. 30 Minuten warten. Person am Empfang war nicht sehr freundlich. Als wir abgereist sind, hat er uns unterstellt, dass wir eine Wasserflasche mitgenommen haben. Was wollen wir damit? Dann hat er mit dem Smartphone ein Foto von mir und meiner Begleitung gemacht. Wie Kriminelle, sehr komisch Schöner Pool. Traumhafte Aussicht. Küche nicht benutzt.

The Griya is a fantastic location and a view to die for with friendly staff and clean accommodation. Room layout 2 bedrooms being separate was private. Only thing our friends were originally in room 4 until I said this was arranged 9 months prior and they moved our friends which was great. Rooms 6 and 7 had interconnected door which enabled our friends to share facilities. Great for the kids and adults too. The staff were all very friendly and accomodating from booking early to kitchen, bar staff and cleaners. The private infinity pool in our villa was outstanding. The kitchen fully equipped with all utensils if you needed to cook but we did not as the restaurant was great. The rooftop bar loved it as it was our happy place. Not far from diving spots which were world class. (Definitely recommend fresh fins)

The hotel is decent but very dated. It’s seems it hasn’t had a lot of renovations done in a while; tiles were falling off the pool floors, wood decking’s were falling apart, and sunbeds and other fixtures had seen better days. The 3 bedroom villa was at the top of a long, steep walkway, difficult to climb and definitely something to be mindful of if you have mobility issues or small kids. The view was the best part of the hotel experience. The hotel restaurant was also decent, but not great. There are great restaurants a long the main road, but you need a private driver to take you around (no grab/Gödel in Amed) All in all, we felt a little disappointed in the stay, having travelled Bali for weeks and staying at amazing hotels at comparable pricing.

Also das Resort oder die Anlage von The Griya Villas und Spa bedarf für mich eine spezielle Bewertung. Zum Positiven... Ich habe die Deluxe Villa für mich und meinen Partner für 2 Nächte gebucht. Eigentlich war sie fantastisch, die Einrichtung, die Küche, das Schlafzimmer, Badezimmer und der große Pool sind ein Traum. Die Aussicht würde eigenglich 6 Sterne verdienen. Die Sauberkeit der Villa, des Pools und der gesamten Anlagen ist auch 1A. Wir haben bei der Ankunft ein Getränk bekommen und in der Villa gab es einen schönen Früchtekorb . Auch gab es einen Kuchen, einen wunderschönen Blumenstrauß und Geburtstagswünsche und Deko im Schlafzimmer. Dies alles ist wirklich super. Aber nun zum etwas Negativen. Ich buchte diese Villa, mit insgesamt 250 Quadratmetern, es wurde aber ein Teil der Villa gesperrt, da wir ja nur 2 Personen waren und das 2 Schlafzimmer nicht benötigen. Sowas sollte man nicht machen, da es keine Rolle spielt, wieviel Leute wir sind, wenn man eine Villa bucht und bezahlt, dann hat man unbeschränkten Zugriff auf den gesamten Komplex. Auch der Whirlpool war ausser Betrieb und wie es scheinte, schon etwas länger und auch das darf nicht sein. Ich bezahlte auch für den Whirlpool in der Villa. Das Spa war Top, also AAA aber auch der Preis war nicht ohne. Das Essen auf der Rooftopbar, das aber vom Restaurant kam war ok, aber jedoch nicht mehr. Wir haben nur 1 Mal dort gegessen, das muss ich dazu sagen. Ich würde diese Anlage aber auf jeden Fall wieder buchen.

Wenn man es mit vielen anderen Hotels in Bali vergleicht, merkt man schnell dass die Lage und Ausstattung ziemlich gehoben ist. Die Lage der Villen am Hang mit private Pool und Sicht aufs Meer ist schon einmalig und kaum zu toppen. Sowas ist alleine deshalb schon kaum zu finden. Wer nun ganz pingelig ist, wird feststellen, dass manche Gardine etwas genäht werden müsste, ein Rolladen nicht vollständig funktioniert oder die Poolliege etwas verzogen ist. Aber: das ist bewertet nach typisch deutscher Kritik. Die Mitarbeiter sind alle sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auch sonst ist alles sehr gepflegt und wirklich sauber. Deshalb sind 5 Sterne hier wirklich voll verdient!

5つ星評価のホテルで期待していましたが、リゾート地のホテルなので、過度な期待は禁物ですねバスタブありの部屋でしたが、夜になるとお湯がでなくなりますので注意が必要です最終日はWi-Fiが入らなくなり、スタッフに尋ねたら街中（この地区）がwifiが作動しないとのことでした田舎あるあるですね

Stayed for 8 nights in a deluxe villa - everything was great. Few things were or broke down during our stay, but all were handled immediately. Food was good, the list being pretty long - they had a daily recommendation, so we followed that. Staff was super helpful and helped us find things to do. Got transported from and to airport by them and the driver managed to get us safely through the somewhat chaotic traffic. Would definitely recommend and will come back.
