Very good. Wouod stay again.

Friendly. Local staff. Convenient immediately in off the Dublin to Donegal motorway. Clean ample double room with spacious shower and toilet facilities….. perfect for a most relaxing overnight stay going from A to B

Comfortable room & bed, food was good too. Only negative is the hot water, shower only had warm water.

The main hotel was very comfortable. Made a dinner reservation upon check in which neither the restaurant or bar/restaurant could locate. Was seated in bar restaurant and ordered meals. After 1 hour and multiple other customers being served, we had to inquire about our order. Served 10 minutes later. Wait staff did not want to interact with us and we had to walk to the bar to pay. Absolutely terrible setvice! The next morning, went down for included breakfast which was supposed to start at 7 am. By 7:20, no cooking staff had arrived. Eventually went to McDonald's where the service was better. Based on the food service, i would not recommend this hotel even though the room was above average.

This is a super hotel for anyone travelling, the food and staff are excellent.

Late night check after midnight is bad. Waiting ages for a nightporter to appear. Had to call hotel from own mobile, (as per instructions left on reception desk) even then the phone was not answered.

Lovely hotel

Off to a wee bit of a bad start as I was a very late arrival due to the storm & the hotel reception was locked. I had tried to contact hotel to inform them I was going to arrive late but phone lines were down due to the storm - in hindsight I should have emailed. Stay in the hotel was lovely, great room, excellent food & plenty of Guinness. Have stayed before & would definitely stay again. The hotel price is also extremely good value.

I told them that I was staying for lunch and that would be great to add this lunch on the final invoice to limit paper work and treatment of expenses. They say NO, that I have to pay now. I asked why ? They said to avoid I leave without paying... so I paid and I went to another nice restaurant in the city.

Very clean and tidy friendly staff excellent value great food

Everything was excellent except for the breakfast. The staff service was brilliant from the reception to the bar and restaurant. The room was very comfortable and I had one of the best night sleeps in years. The only niggle was the breakfast. I came to breakfast late and it was obvious that the contents were not freshly cooked in the “full Irish”.

We had a lovely 2 day stay and would highly recommend it to friends and family. We loved the variety of the breakfast menu which was very enjoyable! Don’t hesitate book it you won’t be disappointed.

Very nice hotel. Lobby is very nice with plenty of seating for quiet conversations, drinks or meals. Dining room options are great and quality of food was excellent. The breakfast options very very good and excellent quality.

Excellent , staff wonderful can’t fault it .
