Wynn's Hotel

Wonderful property and staff! Really make you feel at home, very traditional staff from the door service butler, the reception, and wait staff. Sparkling clean and spacious rooms, will definitely stay here again!! Fabulous!

The hotel was DISGUSTING!!! Our room was more infested with one of the dead broken, no shade or curtains to cover the large window in the bathroom, a bathroom sink no bigger then a salad bowl, dirt on the sheets. We arrived late at night so needed to wait until morning to leave. Immediately checked out losing my stupid Expedia full booking cost for the next two nights I had booked there. Biggest scam of a hotel and even worse that Expedia gave it high ratings!!!!

Unfortunately, and as described to your team, the property did not match the description provided on the website and was not suitable for the purpose of my short visit to see family in town. After a very long flight from Canada, This unexpected discrepancy required me to seek alternative accommodations on short notice. The staff wouldn’t adjust the booking or cancel it in a way that suits my needs and referred me to the manager who after 3 days of follow up finally got back to me with a negative resolve. I don’t recommend this place.

I just love Wynn's Hotel's shabby chic. I love it's very important history in the formation of the Republic of Ireland. The rooms, beds, are comfortable and the newly refurbished shower rooms are spotless. A good, wholesome choice of breakfast. The afternoon carvery is really good value for basic, wholesome food. The location in central Dublin couldn't be better with the Luas at the door straight from Connolly station. Staff lovely, friendly and accommodating.

Lovely staff. Wonderful old fashioned hotel.

Not my first stay here but the standard is high, real Dublin feel at the historical hotel. Only downside was the restaurant was closed the night we arrived but we were never informed of this at check in and so ended up having to go out to find somewhere to eat on a cold night.

One of the customer service ladies was so rude and the other was magnificent - the older woman made our stay and the other made us wish we stayed elsewhere (night girl)

Personnel was very helpful and polite . Excelente customer service , Rooms are too small. Small bed for two people, super small both room . Not room your staff . Not even where to put your soap inside the mini shower . No outlet in the bathroom . Room was very uncomfortable . Would never go back . Specially for the price. You can find a much better choice in the same area.

This is sort of a 'Grand Old' hotel. The building and rooms, but also the staff who are polite and professional. A little quirky in a good way. They had a great breakfast included. Nice location. This hotel really enhanced our stay in Dublin. Thanks!
