Cheap and cheerful hotel, not very well maintained and shower was terrible but plus side….. clean room, working aircon, lovely, helpful lady on reception.

There was no breakfast option or coffee in the building. One of the reasons I selected this hotel was the advertised breakfast in roof lounge. It was being renovated. This should be communicated in description.

The amenities were not as advertised. No bar/lounge, no coffee available anywhere on the property, no cafe and no breakfast available. The only thing in the room was a kettle and 1 bag of tea. It was not a double bed but 2 singles pushed together that sagged in the middle. The pillows were uncomfortable and the bathroom was dirty. The handle to the room door fell off when opened.

El hotel está bien ubicado en cuanto a acceso a la ciudad, pero el entorno inmediato no es el mejor: al llegar da una sensación de inseguridad, como si fuera un barrio complicado, lo que puede generar incomodidad, sobre todo si se llega de noche. La atención del personal fue excelente. Destaco especialmente a la chica de recepción, muy amable, atenta y profesional. Realmente se agradece ese tipo de trato. Sin embargo, tuvimos algunos inconvenientes durante la estadía. La cama se rompió en la segunda noche y quedó hundida, lo que afectó el descanso. La nevera del cuarto apenas funcionaba, y aunque el desayuno estaba incluido, nunca nos lo informaron, así que lo perdimos por completo. The hotel is well located in terms of city access, but the immediate surroundings feel a bit sketchy — it looks like a rough neighborhood, which can be unsettling, especially when arriving at night. The staff was excellent, and I want to highlight the woman at the front desk — super kind, attentive, and professional. Her service really made a difference. That said, we did run into a few issues. The bed collapsed on the second night and stayed sunken, making it hard to sleep comfortably. The fridge in the room barely worked. Also, breakfast was included in our stay, but we were never told about it, so we missed that benefit entirely.

The owner of this property is an excellent fellow and goes out of his way to make his guests comfortable. He even gave us a lift to the train station without charge. The outside of the building is not great but don't judge this book by its cover. Inside, the rooms are modern, clean, and well cared for. Would definitely stay there again!

Struttura senza infamia e senza lode. Il livello di pulizia può essere decisamente migliorato, il bagno così come gli arredi della camera sono abbastanza datati, lo spazio è ristretto anche per sole 2 persone. Ma è accettabile. Ci è stata assegnata la camera fronte strada proprio sopra la reception: capisco che siamo a Napoli, la città che non dorme mai, ma il livello di insonorizzazione è bassissimo: Inutile dire che si sentono clacson, schiamazzi e passaggio di auto/camion a qualsiasi orario. Ma il tasto più dolente è stato l'organizzazione: personale INESISTENTE!! Se chiami il numero di cellulare indicato per le richieste non rispondere nessuno, il titolare credo svolga un'altro lavoro in quanto alla reception è presente solo un paio d'ore ad orario cena, poi gli ospiti sono abbandonati a loro stessi. Al momento della colazione è presente una ragazza giovane che a quanto pare viene solo quando può. In sua assenza, nessuno viene a preparare la colazione e per ben 2 mattine consecutive siamo stati costretti ad andare a fare colazione fuori a nostre spese, nonostante il titolare ci avesse rassicurati di trovare una sostituta per la mattina successiva alla prima senza aver trovato la sala colazione pronta. Inutile dire che nessuno ci ha rimborsato, tanto meno ci hanno avvisato o si sono scusati del disguido. Comportamento inaccettabile per un hotel a 3 stelle!!! Insomma, si può trovare decisamente di meglio a questo prezzo!!!

Average property but area is rough

The hotel is in a renovated building with the area surrounding the hotel looking a little rundown but that's how much of Naples is. Everything in the hotel worked, the hot water was hot, all the plumbing was working, the sheets and towels were clean. The hotel doesn't seem to have staff present at all times, the desk certainly was often unmanned but that's how some hotels operate these days. You have a key to the front door and let yourself in and out. The breakfast area on the roof was very pleasant with the option of eating on the terrace. The staff who operated the breakfast area were friendly and efficient.

Hotel is clean & comfortable. The staff is wonderful. The surrounding area is a little rough looking but we walked around during the afternoon & felt safe. We would definitely stay again.

the hotel staff and manager can not speak English well. mostly they dont understand what the guest means. Its ulmost impossible to communicate with hotel staff and that might lead to mistakes and errors which can effect your trip negatively like unfortunately our experience which we asked for a Taxi to airport for our return flight. they said its possible to pay the Taxi with Creditcard at the Hotel and we did so. But when we arrived at the airport the Taxi driver asked again for the money. We said we paid at the Hotel and they must have paid you! But he said he did not receive anything! the whole issue turned into a complex problem concluding in Taxi driver becoming rude and offensive to us. At the end we paid him again and calling to the Hotel at the haste of catching our flight! Turns out it was their mistake and the Hotel staff did not transfer the money to the driver, and afterwards the hotel manager did not take responsiblity for their fault and started to send me meaningsles texts via WhatsApp and mocking me when I objected to him because of their fault, leaving us a concerning issue and a very terrible mempry at the end of our stay in Napoli. Furthermore we were not satisfied with the check out time of Hotel which was 10:30 in the morning! and at the end the location of the Hotel although it seems that is located in city center but was very dirty and unsafe! Overall not recommended at all!

A very nice little hotel, in a gritty part of Naples. But then, most of Naples is rough around the edges. Staff very helpful and nice. Breakfast was wonderful! There was a great rooftop patio for pre-dinner drinks.

Personalet var svært hyggelig og hjelpsomme, men språket en utfordring. Få snakket eller forsto engelsk. Det var ingen skriftlig informasjon på rommene. Men positivt med kjempegod frokost og mulighet for å spise på takterassen. Vi stiller spørsmål mht brannsikkerhet og rømningsvei? 5 etasjer med ett trapperom.
