Very unhelpful staff. Called twice and inquired about park only to find out that parking was not near the premises. Ended up with parking ticket because staff was incapable to tell me there was a market early in the morning in the parking in front of the hotel. She waived 2 euros city tax as compensation, what a joke!!

Short break, so the alpine did the job. Staff very helpful and welcoming. The room was basic but ok. The shower was not good as the water didn’t heat up! Disappointed with this .

Dejligt centralt hotel - meget venlig og flexibel reception - vi kom midt om natten og blev modtaget med åbne arme. Morgenmad super fin og varieret. Restaurant er også god og så lige i centrum - vi kommer igen.

Sehr zuvorkommendes, hilfsbereites und kompetentes Personal. Ich werde auf jeden Fall wieder kommen und kann das Hotel Alpino nur Weiher empfehlen!

Wir hatten spontan 4 Tage Gardasee gebucht und sind wegen der guten Bewertungen und der tollen Lage auf das Hotel aufmerksam geworden (direkt an der Altstadt des schönen Malcesine angrenzend). Das Hotel ist zwar schon ein bisschen älter, bietet allerdings alles was nötig ist. Die Zimmer sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen, was uns aber nicht gestört hat, das es ordentlich und sauber war und alle ausreichenden Annehmlichkeiten (gutes Bett und Zimmergröße, etc) bot. Der Service des Hotels ist herrausragend. Das Personal ist durchweg freundlich und zuvorkommend, versucht den Aufenthalt des Gastes so schön wie möglich zu gestalten. Obwohl leider nicht ausreichend Parkplätze zur Verfügung standen, organisierte man uns einen Tag später einen kostenlosen Parkplatz in Hotelnähe in einem Parkhaus. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und abwechslungsreich, wir wurden aufgrund der aktuellen Coronasituation vom Personal bedient, die unsere Essenswünsche entgegen nahmen und erfüllten. Auch das Essen im hoteleigenen Restaurant ist nur zu empfehlen! Das Preisleistungsverhältnis ist super. Die Gerichte vielseitig, lecker und frisch zubereitet. Gerne vorher reservieren, da es ein beliebtes Essensziel ist. Insgesamt können wir das Hotel nur weiter empfehlen und wir kommen gerne nochmal wieder.

A really lovely hotel. Much better than the hotels other members of the wedding party were staying in, even though we had half their star ratings. We'll be back before long.

Herzliche Begrüßung, problemloses Einchecken einschl. Fahrzeug einparken durch den Empfang. Gutes Frühstück und Restaurant fürs Abendessen. Nur Minuten zum See, in die Stadt oder zur Seilbahn.

Ci siamo recati in questa struttura in occasione della maratona del Lago di Garda. Scelta azzeccata perché la partenza è proprio di fronte all’hotel! Gentilissimi i proprietari che ci hanno lasciato la stanza fino al pomeriggio dandoci la possibilità di fare la doccia al rientro dalla gara, davvero un plus!

Eccezionale la posizione, in centro e veloce da raggiungere, personale gentile, disponibile e attento ad ogni richiesta.

Had a wonderful time in beautiful surroundings, so close to the harbour for the boats and bus terminal to all areas on the lake.

Buon hotel, la camera era spaziosa e pulita, Il bagno grande. La camera era poco insonorizzata. Buona e varia la colazione, Unico problema il parcheggio: io ho parcheggiato nelle strisce blue a pagamento.

This hotel is great. It's in the middle of town with a short walk to lake. Some rooms have a lake view. It was clean and staff very friendly. They couldn't do enough for you. If you are at the hotel you got 10% of food and drinks. The food was the best in town.

Single mother (57) with 2 x 12yr old girls - we all loved our stay here. Hotel was lovely and clean - no dramas. Staff were excellent from reception to waiting staff and cleaning staff and of course the kitchen staff - all very busy and all fantastic - nothing too much trouble. Food was excellent and was the food - well done the chefs!! Hotel location is fabulous and close to everything and Malcesine easy to get about either by walking or using the ferries to other parts of the lake. Trying to book for next week but so far sold out on dates selected ugh!!!!
