Old property but good location, we had a 15 minute power outage during our visit

Charming staff and huge rooms. The property location cannot be beat and the value is amazing. The staff is friendly and helpful.

We enjoyed the breakfast and convenient location as well as friendly staff. The mattress was incredibly hard and the air con barely worked so sleep was difficult due to heat wave.

Cet hôtel est superbement bien placé (commerces proches). Mais il est daté, les équipements fonctionnent mais ont un look très ancien. Il n'y a par exemple aucun port USB pour charger son smartphone.

Wonderful stay.

This property was fine for a one night stay. The staff was super helpful and friendly and the location of the hotel is great!! Only two negatives: 1) The air conditioner in our room did not work well, so if you are coming in the summer and AC is a priority be aware. 2) The Expedia listing says this property has a laundry, but it does not. We were told we’d have to walk to a laundromat around a half mile away.

Perfect location in the heart of it all! Excellent hotel. Fabulous staff. Good breakfast. Not American level air conditioning but this is Europe.

Beautiful hotel located 10 minutes walk from most World Heritage Sites. Close to restaurants and shops. Room was clean and well maintained. Staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was excellent. Fresh fruit and great muesli.

Stayed 1 night before taking a cruise. We took a train from Bologna and walked from the train station to the hotel. It was not difficult and we would absolutely stay here again. We took the stairs to our room except to take the luggage up, it is a very small elevator but a great memory. The room and bed were small by US standards but the bathroom was a very good size and the bed was comfortable. I loved that our windows opened to a courtyard. Everyone we had contact with at the hotel was helpful and friendly. Breakfast was nice with a good variety. The location was perfect for us to wander around and explore. It was quite close to the tomb of Dante and we enjoyed the reading at 6pm outside the tomb. There were plenty of food options and gelato shops near the hotel. I wasn't sure about taking a shuttle from the hotel to the cruise because the hotel is in an area closed off to cars. It was no problem at all, the cruise shuttle is allowed to pull up to the hotel. There are 2 gelato shops right outside the hotel so we had a gelato while waiting for the shuttle.

Nice location, large rooms with darkening blinds. Room was quiet.

Great central location. Quiet inside rooms. Staff also very helpful. Giant room light fixture! Very small shower, though. That room key is attached to a very heavy and bulky key ring to remind us to leave it when we go out. Quaint; I remember it from pre-EU days! Breakfast staff was great; concierge too--always there. Marco, you're sweet; thanks for all your help.

Excellent location, clean, nice rooms, staff was friendly and welcoming. Hotel decor is dated but nice. I would stay here again and recommend to friends.

Fun

ラベンナにはあまり宿泊施設が多くなく、街中で観光に便利な点を重視して選んだが、この点については大満足。有名な観光場所はどこも歩いてすぐだし、夜も周りに食事処がたくさんあり、食後もゆったりできた。 　値段も抑えられていたので、期待しなかったが、やはり部屋の施設は多少古かった。それでも致命的な欠陥はなく、この値段でこのロケーションは評価したい。朝食も心配したが、まずまずだった。（昼間は猛烈な暑さでも夜は涼しいというよい季節だったので、一番重要な冷暖房がどうかは答えられない。） 　チェックアウト後に荷物の預かりもきちんとしてくださり、スタッフも無骨ながら親切さが感じられた。 　単に観光のために宿泊するという意図なら（つまりホテル滞在を楽しむのが目的でないなら）、とてもよい宿だと思う。
