I visited Siena for the Palio, once last year and again this year staying at the Hotel Duomo both times. The staff are very helpful and friendly. You can tell from the front desk staff to the cleaning staff they love what they do and the professionalism shows! They also arranged my private ride from Florence Airport direct to the hotel. Amazing and I will stay here in the future.

The location is best as it is at the center of the city. The information about ZTL and parking option is clear. We chose to find free parking outside of the wall based on the info from the staff and the they didn't mind at all although it will not make them money. The breakfast is superb!! Good and abundant choices, tasty too. Cost performance is very good considering how affordable the hotel rate is.

Un excelente desayuno el que proporciona el hotel, muy completo y bien preparado. La ubicación tambien es bastante buena, asi como la atención del personal. Los muebles de la habitacion ya con mucho tiempo de uso, aunque todo funcionaba bien.

Ótima localização, mas com dificuldade para encontrar pelo Google Maps. Havia uma obra no caminho sugerido pelo hotel. Orientaram usar o wase. O sinal de wi-fi era quase inexistente no nosso quarto que era no terceiro andar.

Café da manhã excelente, mas tive problemas com o mapa oferecido pelo hotel pois a rota informada estava fechada não sendo oferecido uma rota alternativa antes, então quase recebi uma multa da ZTL e perdi muito tempo tendo que procurar um estacionamento e ir ape para o hotel para obter informações além de ter que utilizar um táxi sem necessidade se eu já tivesse a informação antes pois não obtive resposta pelo aplicativo do hotéis e não tinha como fazer ligação, fora isso é um ótimo hotel

Hotel viejo, camas super incomodas, sucio, personal poco amable, la alfombra de los pasillos creo que no la han aspirado nunca. Hay chinches. Lo unico bueno es su ubicacion y regularmente el desayuno.

Staying in center of this medieval Tuscan town made enjoying the ambiance both during day and evening so welcoming. We chose valet parking $30 as driving in pedestrian streets is rather unnerving Breakfast was very good and free with your reservation.

Location was perfect for walking to restaurants and sites. Room was clean and large enough for the 3 of us. The hotel is a little dated and old but has some charm. breakfast was good, Fresh fruit, eggs etc was a bonus.

I never write bad reviews, but for the 350 euros (~$400) I expected quality, not Motel 8. Rooms were not those in the photos, and the luxurious lobby is non-existent — it looks like a parking garage under construction. But I probably wouldn’t have bothered writing a review had the staff not been rude and unpleasant. We were leaving half an hour too early for breakfast the second day of our stay, and asked if we could just have some rolls for the road. We were told no way. This hotel is resting on laurels from past decades. Wouldn’t consider staying there again.

Posizione eccellente per visitare il centro storico di Siena .Camera pulita ,ma soffocante .La finestra sporge su una vecchia casetta abbandonata con tegole rotte,nulla a che vedere con una bella vista sulla città.Bagno pulito ma troppo datato.Colazione scadente ,non con prodotti tipici e artigianali.Hotel da rinnovare .
