It a new hotel, far from the city but a very nice place to stay. It’s on the beach and has a restaurant. You don’t need to go out to eat.

Safe and clean property, with great free parking options. We included the buffet breakfast option, which was a great addition with many options. Bedding was overall very average and not particularly comfortable.

Die Unterkunft ist vom Optischen sehr schön. Der größe mangel war der wasseranschluss im zimmer, da das wasser mit chlor versetzt war und man immer nach dem duschen nach chlor stinkt. Auch das zähneputzen fühlte sich nicht angenehm an. Sonst alles top

So ein Hotel hab ich noch nie erlebt. Es wurde geworben mit 4 Sterne und einem „Privatstrand“ mit privatem Balkon. Die Zimmer sind so hellhörig, dass man dachte, die Leute kommen direkt ins eigene Zimmer obwohl sie nur nebenan waren. Der Privatstrand existiert nicht. Vor dem Hotel sind Steine mit grünen Algen dort möchte man nicht baden. Einige hundert Meter weiter befindet sich allerdings ein schöner Strand. Der Balkon wurde in drei Teile geteilt, ein entspannen war nicht möglich, die Nachbarn blickten direkt auf die eigenen Liegen. Gegen 12 kommt die Mittagssonne und es wird unmöglich sich auf der Terasse aufzuhalten. Es existiert eine Makise, diese ist allerdings nur Deko und nicht auszukurbeln, zumindest befindet sich weder im Zimmer noch auf dem Balkon eine Stange zum Ausfahren. Das Frühstück ist für den Preis eine Frechheit, außer einer manuellen Orangenpresse (die sehr gerne mal klemmt) sind die meisten Sachen direkt aus dem Supermarkt oder einfach nicht vorrätig. Man muss Glück haben, Sachen zu bekommen auf die man Hunger hat. Das Personal füllt nur spärlich auf oder aber auf Anfrage, aber wenn bereits zweimal gefragt wurde, spart man sich weitere Nachfrage. Das Personal ist übrigens auch eine absolute Frechheit. Die Damen können keine Englisch Grundlagen, abgesehen davon sind alle sehr unfreundlich und patzig wenn sie zur Antwort gebeten werden. Ohne Auto ist dieses Hotel nicht bewohnbar bis in die Innenstadt läuft man ca. 50min. Wir kommen definitiv nicht wieder.

Nice Hotel, but the beach was not really worth it! It was not really possible to swim because of the endless sea weeds, and gunk.

Very nicely appointed hotel with a pool and a beach club style wooden decking right by the sea. The service was helpful including arranging cabs to town, though it's only a 20 min walk. Around the hotel is an industrial area but don't let that put you off

This property got 4 star ratings but it is not matched to my expectation for 4 Star hote.

La camera ha tutti i comfort che servono, scelta cromatica azzeccata, ho chiesto una camera con vista mare e la sveglia aprendo le tende è stata come me la immaginavo.

Clean, friendly staff and a nice walk into the town

Hotel was lovely. Good pool and right on the sea. Don't expect a beach as very rocky and you would not be able to get in. A bit far out and not many restaurants around. Breakfast was ok. Drinks as always in a hotel were a little pricey.

Didn’t have room available we request, ended up with room 306, it was a closet. No place to unpack or put your suitcases. The air only worked when it wanted to, had to have them come up multiple times to reset. It was clean and trendy but very hard for 2 to stay in a closet.

Food was expensive and unable to eat the food. It was extremely salty and made me extremely sick. Undercooked salmon and the spaghetti Vogole tasted like it was raw and filled with salt.

Do not stay at this property. Just returned from a 3 night stay and would never consider returning. Hours after we checked in the power went out for 8 hours from 5pm - 1am , no generators, just locked in our windowless room with no sympathy. No solutions or anything ! They said the entire city was without power, we went to dinner in city center and the entire city had power, just not our hotel. We didn’t even get a single I’m sorry or even a free can of coke after they said we would be compensated for the inconvenience! The staff was not friendly and rude at times. Never felt welcome at this hotel and to lose power in the hotel and not be compensated for having to shower in the dark with my iPhone flash light is reprehensible! Not to mention it’s a mile and a half walk from the hotel to city center. Do yourself a favor and skip this hotel !

Super hurtig tjek in. God information ved skrank angående faciliteter mv. Eneste minus var at der ikke var shampoo på badeværelse. Mit 2. Besøg her. Tænker jeg kommer igen, for det er dejligt med pruvat strand og swimmingpool lige uden for døren.

A gem of a place. The best part was the service. Two lovely warm ladies at reception happy to help. A lovely lady also as wait staff during lunch etc. The hotel is clean, welcoming, stylish, couldn't fault it. Great pool, nice atmosphere. The rooms are perfect, a good size, good value and if you get a sea view one of a kind i felt as so close to sea. Food there is good, we were happy with room service, especially the cannoli. Location wise aside being on beach its a little walk to anywhere else of interest only thing to bear in mind

The hotel is lovely, clean and well maintained, unfortunately there were a few members of staff that were unhelpful and made us feel we were an inconvenience. When asked for basic information for example car hire information and buying bus tickets they did not know and were able to provide limited help. The hotel is located about a 30 minute walk from the old town and when walking back at night after 9;30pm we did feel vulnerable. The surrounding area to the hotel is disappointing as there was lots of dog mess on the pavements and broken glass. I would recommend the hotel but advise you to do your research before visiting and possibly hire your car before hand. There is a bus stop on the road directly opposite the hotel but sadly we only discovered this on our last day.

The hotel is nice and modern but incorrectly marked on hotels.com map - much further to Trapani central points of interest than indicated on the website. Long waiting to get served in the bar.
