My daughter and I absolutely loved our stay there! The VIp lounge was so amazing and so convenient! It was nice to not have to worry about smalll things like finding juice water bottles or small snacks all the time. The snacks and breakfast was great! Staff was all very polite! The restaurant downstairs food was amazing! All in all stay here! It’s amazing and I am looking forward to coming back and staying here again! It is rigtb beside the train station so walking distance which takes you right to duamo. Taking a cab there is about 25 min and expensive. Still it’s gorgeous and I felt safe with a child !

We stayed here twice for the Springsteen concert. Close to San Siro and the subway.

The property was in a good location and was easy to get to the Metro. I felt it was a safe area. It was also close to the Duomo and shopping areas. Also, the staff were beyond excellent at the hotel. They were always friendly, warm and helpful. The nicest people!!! Everyone, even the people at the restaurant were friendly and made fantastic recommendations. The food was delicious! Great, amazing hotel.

A special 40th Wedding Anniversary stay and the hotel surprised us with cake and Prosecco and a lovely note.

No hot water. Shower tray blocked. Not enough milk & curtains to small for window. Hot Breakfast was cold. Staff were friendly and helpful. Issues reported and gogw provided.

Luxury hotel that pays attention to details.

Amazing Experience! Location seems further away from the tourist areas but it is an illusion because it is located a block away from the bus and subway.

The amenities were very good and it is conveniently located close to San Siro stadium. Our only issue was the construction noise which started before 8am. Other than that, it’s a very nice hotel with a friendly staff.

Very nice 1 night stay

Great staff and only flaw is too much digital light in the room at night. Light up power points and exit light is very distracting unless you have an eye mask.

The hotel is beautiful and the staff were super helpful.

We had a lovely stay at the Meliá Milano. We were able to store our bags as we arrived before check in and when we checked in our bags were taken to our room for us a lovely touch after we were so exhausted. We had a classic room, nice enough and a little outside area. Another nice touch of tooth brushes, razor and cotton bads, robes and slippers. Only complaint we had was their weren't plugs beside the bed, had to plug in beside the desk across the room. The air con and lights operated by touch screens beside the beds. Lots of pillows really comfortable. The only thing we weren't happy with was on our 2nd night we had a knock at the door about 10.30pm, a member of staff needing to check our bathroom. He came and went multiple times before informing us we had to change room. This caused me great anxiety as it was late and out of the blue without explanation. While packing away our things reception rang and explained and said they'd upgrade our room. I would have preferred a heads up from reception before the knock on the door to relieve the worry we had about what's going on. It was a cause of concern and made us crater uncomfortable as we were chilling in our hotel robes after a busy day. However our upgraded room was lovely, massive comfy bed, usb, usb c and plugs beside the bed massive plus. Complementary water and chocolates were delivered in on the Sunday night which was appreciated. We also stayed for my partners 30th birthday and the hotel we're amazing with us
