Great location for the hotel, very quiet and peaceful. The service was fantastic from the room service to the front desk, everybody was so nice and helpful. Breakfast was very good and the rooms were nice, clean, and quiet. This was my first time visiting Milan for my moms birthday and they brought my mom some sweets and a bottle of champagne with a nice birthday card and balloon. Thank you Melia Milano will definitely look forward to visiting back again.

During our 10-day April stay, we appreciated the lovely lobby and exceptional staff, but found our experience negatively impacted by the high price and inconvenient ongoing construction, which meant facilities like the gym were unavailable. The room was slightly grubby, we complained and received a fair discount without any debate, again, excellent staff. Despite that, were still disappointed and wished prior notice about the construction had allowed us to choose another hotel.

Good quality hotel with Comfortable rooms and good breakfast - however, rooms are insanely hot. Typical with many other Italian hotels in the winter months the air con is disabled and all the rooms are heated like a Swedish sauna. Italians must like it but for anyone used to colder climes it is next to impossible to sleep.

This is hotel is generally fine. It’s not in a great location for tourism. It’s more consistent with the type of hotel that would host a large group. Perhaps a convention. The air conditioning was shut off for the season so we had to open the windows, which made our stay very noisy.

The room they gave us wasn't what was advertised. We complained and they gave us another room which was worse.
We had reserved two nights and they agreed that if we checkout in the morning they will refund us the second night and they never did.
At the front desk when checking out again confirmed this with them and they said rest assured the refund will be processed.
A week passed and I called and they again assured it would be processed.
Again called weeks later and still nothing.
They repeatedly lie.

We loved the lobby. Room had nice wood floors, large comfortable bed, plenty of supplies of toiletries, coffee/tea. Very helpful staff. Overall, nice hotel.

We were given a room that was not set up for guests to stay in. It was like an empty dungeon. There was no other furniture other than a bed and a tv table. There were barely any lights in the room. A few minutes into our stay, a staff member opened the room without knocking on the door. It felt like we were thrown into a random room and there was no system to set this room
up or know if there was someone inside or not. The phone was literally broken so we couldn’t call reception. The location of the property is in a run down area of Milan. I’ve had much better experiences in 3 star hotels than I had in this 5 star hotel.
