Excelentes instalaciones recién remodeladas

Expedia failed to highlight the rooftop pool is only open during summer, so it was a huge disappointment when we arrived at the hotel in April to be told the pool wasn’t available! We would have booked a hotel much closer to the centre of Florence if we had known the pool wasn’t available.

It was a very good Hotel for my holiday in Firenze.

No tienen apoya valijas, no funcionaba radiador del baño, a utlima hora cuando ya me estaba por ir y con pasajes comprados para continuar, y luego de haber estado 3 dias me hacen un planteo por un pago de la reserva cuando estaba todo pagado por adelantado.

Hotel bom e bem localizado. Entretanto, a vista do quarto era para area de serviço e o estacionamento era pago (NÃO ESTAVA INFORMADO DURANTE A RESERVA)

Very well located to the city center and easy reachable from the autostrada. Very friendly service at the reception. Rooms on then last floor have a great view over the river and city.

Nice place with rooftop pool. The beds were terrible. They have balconies but no outdoor furniture. Toilet ran our entire stay.

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The furniture and fittings in the room were scratched and chipped and felt dated (even though we booked a new style room). The area was convenient to the tram, however it felt a little unsafe.

Bad area, the scooters saved us getting back and forth to the city centre. Rooms were not nice and it was the most expensive hotel we stayed in during the whole euro trip. €400/ night. Front desk staff tried to accommodate a bit, but we were very disappointed with the property. Felt like staying in a 2* hotel

We travelled with a family of 6. When we arrived James was very nice. He help get our rooms. The rooms were clean. We had a car and we opted to use there parking. It was very expensive. They also charged 5 euros for every time you took your car in or out. We ended up not touching our car. The breakfast was good and it had a good variety. The pool on the roof is a nice place to relax, however the pool is dirty. It needed cleaning. I took pictures and wish I could have posted. They need to clean it. Other than that the stay was ok.

Amazing property, wonderful service! What paradise. I recommend it to all. The roof top patio and pool area is out of this world. I wil always remember it. You should go!

Sehr schönes, großes Zimmer mit hervorragender Dachterasse und schönem Ausblick. Sehr sauber, und alles fein. Für den Preis echt top.

Excellent hotel! Staff were very friendly and helpful. Very convenient to train and bus and walking distance to restaurants, grocery store, walking distance to Arnot River and Ponte Vecchio bridge. Awesome rooftop deck with amazing views of the city. Very clean and spacious rooms. Very pleased with our stay!

The hotel was good, but the cleanliness was horrible, the worst in my life> Look at the bathroom picture as an example.

Nos gustó el hotel, el personal muy amable, las habitaciones son cómodas, lo único fue que llevábamos coche y lo estacionamos frente al hotel y al día siguiente nos dimos cuenta que habían roto el cristal del coche, lo bueno fue que teníamos seguro, pero no se si el área sea peligrosa…

Nice hotel. Nothing really special, but a really nice hotel for a good price. The pool deck was beautiful and would have been great but it opened June 1 (the day we left)

Kylpyhuone olisi pientä kohentamista vajaa, tämän tasoisessa hotellissa pitäisi siivouksen ja huollon toimia hieman paremmin yhteen. Kylpyhuone oli sinänsä upea monipuolisilla fasiliteeteillä mutta pientä säätöä vailla. Esim. tilavan kylpyammeen pohjatulppaa ei saanut auki muuten kuin kaivamalla se kokonaan ylös (nostolaite ei toiminut). Ammeen seinällä ollut ritilähylly retkotti löysällä kuin olisi putoamassa. Pystysuihkutilan lasiovi oli jäykkä ja suorastaa paukahteli kun sitä liikutti. Pahempi oli ettei se estänyt veden pääsyä lattialle vaikka vedin sen niin kiinni kuin mahdollista. Ja lattiassa ei ole mitään kaatoa ja aukkoa joten sen kuivaamiseen piti käyttää pyyhettä. Pyyhkeiden osalta oli kummallista lukumääräongelmaa kun meitä oli kolme. loppua kohti asia korjaantui runsaaksikin. Huoneen ikkunan upea näköala maailmanpyörän suuntaan vähän kärsi kun ikkuna oli melko suttuinen aiempien käyttäjien kämmenjäljistä ja parvekkeen leveä kivikaide olisi hyvä pyyhkiä ainakin silloin tällöin. Nyt siihen ei viitsinyt nojata lainkaan. Hotellin käytävän matto oli paikoin jo melkein puhkikulunut. Tällaisia pikkuesimerkkejä mainitsen lähinnä huomioitteni tueksi kun muistaa että oltiin laatuhotellissa. Kaikki muu olikin sitten aivan hyvin ja nautittavissa, vain katolla ollut tyhjä uima-allas aiheutti pettymystä mukana olleelle lapsenlapsellemme.

In average condition overall. Wifi is so weak and slow, you may not able to enjoy multimedia easily.
