O hotel e a equipe foram maravilhosos, porém o ar condicionado não estar funcionando a noite foi extremamente ruim, pois o quarto estava quente e não conseguimos refrigerar sem os vidros abertos, que traziam claridade e barulho.

Good hotel to stay if you are on/off the airport

Clean and confortable hotel with paid shuttle service to the airport. Good option for the price for a family of 4 with bed and sofa bed (executive room)

The pool is only open seasonally (how would you ever know when?). The bathroom is just weird; it was difficult not to spray the floor at the sink or shower. There were several maintenance issues. Restaurant and bar were nice. I expected more given the hotel rating. Next time, I’ll stay closer to the city and spend ten euros to get to MXP

The outside doesn't look like much when you pull up; the building could definitely use a fresh coat of paint. But once you step inside, there's a strong, pleasant, clean smell, and the lobby and reception area look modern and refreshed. The rooms are also nice and modern, comfortable, and very pretty, with comfy beds and pillows, and a nice bathroom with a separate tub and shower. Everything was great on that front. However, the 'smart' TVs were a disappointment. They aren't actually 'smart' and don't work with apps like Netflix or screen casting. Also, the room was on the warmer side, and we couldn't get the AC to cool it down, so we had to sleep with the window open. Another thing we didn't like was that the shuttle service costs extra. I'm used to free shuttles to and from the airport, which are really common back home, so having to pay for that was another disappointment. Overall, though, it's a beautiful hotel in a great location, just with some things that could be improved.

Room was extremely warm. Complained to reception but was told that no air conditioning could be used due to time of year - only suggestion was to open the window. We had done this but was a warm evening so made little difference (and was very noisy!). No real sympathy/recognition from reception that we were a family of 4 with the 2 children really struggling. Token gesture of asking how our stay was in the morning - I again fed back that it was very warm but there was no acknowledgement.

I highly recommend Novotel. It is 8 minutes from the Malpensa Airport. The restaurant menu is diverse and the meals excellent! The rooms are very clean and lobby, inviting. And the cost is quite reasonable.

Great hotel close to MXP airport. Hotel was super clean, rooms were spacious with very comfortable beds. Big bathrooms with amazing showers. Food was very good and nice having a bar right there. The gym was perfect for getting in your workout while on holiday. The staff is truly amazing and felt like family when leaving. Highly recommended this place. Will stay again
