Très bien bon emplacement

We book the romantic package (as it was our 10 years anniversary) and were super excited to be able to relax before we get the move to our next location. However when you book the romantic package and check out was supposed to be at 3pm. We were rush to leave by 12pm. Keep in mind if you book pay extra and book the package you are not guaranteed to stay longer. Even though we did mention to the hotel and they said you need to book directly from us and not through the app and our friend did book from the hotel directly with his booking and they just made an excuse for us that they were busy and they need the room. It kinda ruin our experience with the hotel as a 4 star. The location itself was great. It was actually our most expensive hotel in Italy because of the romantic package and it was our least favourite. In hospitality, what they stand for truly matters and it’s all in the details and guest experience is everything.

The staff did an amazing job at accommodating to our needs and made us feel welcome. The wifi in our room was not working but the staff did try and fix it. The room we stayed in was recently remodeled but still at some old charm to it. I highly recommend this hotel.

Lovely hotel

nice hotel.. very friendly staff at front desk, restaurant and breakfast .. professional. very nice location close to trainstation, tram station to airport, river and main attractions. only issue we had is that the our room was not worth the money we paid, small, small window, very small bathroom and worst of all very close to the jacuzzi .. which is verly loud with children and the bubble machine. dont really understand why they gave us taht room??

First room we were given had one window facing inner utility area. We asked and got another room that faced the garden and their small pool/Jacuzzi, that was much better. Service by all people was very good. Common areas are very nicely decorated. Daily breakfast included in the rate was very good. Hotel is in a very nice location, walking distance to the station and all attractions. All in all a very nice boutique hotel.

My stay did not meet the standards I expected — especially from a hotel that presents itself as a four-star property. From the start, there had several serious issues: • The first room had a door that did not close properly and did not include the separated beds we had requested in advance. • We were then moved to a smoking room, despite my clear request for a non-smoking room. • Finally, we were placed in an isolated room outside the propriety, near the pool, which involved multiple stairs and is clearly not appropriate for guests with arthritis. I accepted it only because I was exhausted after a long trip from Venice and needed rest. Most frustratingly, while using my personal hair dryer — something I’ve done without issue in five other hotels over the past month — I received a call from reception accusing me of smoking and demanding I stop drying my hair. I was embarrassed and confused by this inappropriate accusation. The staff later said the fire alarm was triggered by the dryer, but no apology or solution was offered — only a transfer to another room so I could finish drying my hair, after I complained. Additionally, the late room was simply not up to four-star standards, either in layout or amenities, which only added to the overall disappointment. I am checking out tomorrow and would appreciate it if someone from the management team could follow up with me directly to confirm that these concerns have been acknowledged

Our first trip to Florence could not have been any better as guests in this fantastic botique hotel. Just arond the corner from the train station (5 min walk) yet so close and walkable to all the main tourist attractions. Our room was spacious, well appointed and comfortable with a fantastic balcony. The restaurant offers both indoor and garden outsde seating. Breakfast was very good and the hotel staff warm and friendly. Highly recommended.
