The staff was outstanding. The amenities and the room were 3 stars - even less

Dieses Hotel wird mir 4 Sternen beworben, doch kann ich das nicht nachvollziehen. Unser Zimmer hat uns direkt mit einem wirklich stechenden Geruch begrüßt, den wir die drei Tage nicht rausbekommen haben. Das Zimmer war heruntergekommen, Badewanne mit Riss, Dusche undicht, etc. 2 Sterne+ wären gerechtfertigt, mehr nicht. Frühstück war OK, Service sonst auch bemüht und freundlich.

I would love to give a better review but so many little things spoiled it for us. First there clearly were 4 paintings on the wall but now only three and one hook in the wall. Then we checked the bathroom and some of the towels were dirty from the previous people. It had clearly not been cleaned from before. We had to ask for the room to be cleaned the next day. The toilet seat was wobbly and the button to flush it was dodgy and the toilet kept constantly flushing until you wiggled the button to stop it. The sink plug did not work and despite 3 requests to fix it and someone coming to look. It never got fixed so we spent the whole holiday without a plug in the sink. in the room there are no drawers. 2 side tables but no drawers to put socks and underwear away. We ended up using the wardrobe which was not ideal. Last of all and worst of all, no kettle or tea making facilities. I know we are in Rome and every drinks espresso but I like a tea and it is a hotel for tourists. It would have been nice to have a kettle and some cups. On the plus side they provided loads of toiletries, including sachets of bathroom for our room which only had a shower. If the hotel spent more time on maintainence and less on bath foam sachets for rooms with only showers I would have given a better review

This hotel is near the city center. You can easily walk everywhere. The breakfast is good, too. We visited everywhere easily.

The Code was a great place to stay. Its right nex to the Spanish Steps, it located conveniently between two metro stations so you can easily take the train from Roma Termini to the Spagna or other station. Its an 8 minute walk to Trevi Fountain. I felt safe walking around. The food at the hotel restaurant for dinner was top notch!

Everything was perfect: location , service, room , the staff was great !

Fabulous location, 2 mins from Spanish steps, 15 mins walk from Trevi Fountain. Room was spacious and had a balcony where you could see the Spanish steps, breakfast was great. Was on a very busy road but this did not disturb sleep. Reception staff were really helpful. Didn’t use the spa but it looked great.

Fantastic small property just a few steps from the top of the Spanish Steps. It’s tucked away where you might not notice it but the location is perfect for anyone wanting to have a landing pad near everything in the Historic Core

The best part of the property is its proximity to the Spanish Steps and close to everything. Walkable areas. In room coffee would have been great rather than the mini bar.

Hotel perfetto per trasferte di lavoro, in posizione silenziosa e vicinissimo a Piazza di Spagna. Personale molto cortese

The rooms with stairs inside and some with outside. The bathroom with need some modernization. The room was with water leaks.

Ho apprezzato molto l’ accoglienza, cortesia, gentilezza e la professionalità del personale reception , così come del personale addetto alle pulizie ed al breakfast . La posizione dell hotel è eccellente,permette di raggiungere anche a piedi tutte le maggiori attrazioni della città . Sicuramente continuerà ad essere il mio punto di riferimento ogni qual volta sarò a Roma . Voto eccellente nella totalità .

La posizione dell’ hotel è impagabile a due passi da Piazza di Spagna, dalla metro e da via Tritone dove passano la maggior parte dei mezzi di superficie. Lo staff è gentilissimo, un ringraziamento speciale alla Signora Katerina della reception è professionale e molto cortese. Pulizia delle stanze fatta bene e biancheria pulita tutti i giorni. Camera silenziosa e spaziosa noi eravamo in tre. Colazione un pochino migliorabile un giorno alle 9.00 erano già terminate le brioche ma può capitare. Sicuramente torneremo .

Unfortunately, the room and hallway had a mold issue. Not healthy and therefore the overall downgrade. Otherwise ok. Average breakfast with cereals, croissants, fruit, coffee, etc. Superb location very close to Spanish stairs. All major sightseeing spots in walking distance.

Das Hotel liegt super gelegen in der Nähe der Piazza Spagna. Wir hatten ein sehr ruhig gelegenes Zimmer, leider nur mit Oberlicht und Deckenfenster. Daher etwas dunkel. Das Zimmer war sauber und zweckmässig eingerichtet. Das Frühstücksbuffet war gut assortiert und immer aufgefüllt. Das Personal beim Frühstück ist aufmerksam aber nicht all zu freundlich. An der Reception bei der Ankunft wurden wir sehr freundlich begrüsst. Erfreulich war dass das Zimmer um 9.30 vormittags schon parat war. Aufgrund der Lage und dem Preis kann the Code empfohlen werden.
