My stay at Hotel Grand A View was an excellent experience. The property was exceptionally well-maintained and spotless throughout. The room was spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully arranged to ensure a pleasant stay. The staff demonstrated a high level of professionalism and friendliness, and the service provided was consistently outstanding. My name is Joyce Pessoa. I stayed at the Hotel Grand A View 10/19/25 for 4 days. The property is very clean and the staff were exceptional. Jodia and Tamara were very professional as were the others in the Restaurant. Shoera at the front desk was very helpful in regards to my needs. The hotel is very quiet. The only problem I had with my room is I had nowhere to put my clothes apart from a few hanagers in the closet. My stay was pleasant so I would return to Hotel Grand A View.

There was no vegetarian option for breakfast at all except toast. Room was ok, bathroom door did not close. Lot of construction was ongoing, understandably due to the damage. May have been a better experience at another time.

I liked how clean the property was, however after day one i realized the housekeepers werent as meticulous when cleaning. The food was ok the first day break was very good but as the days went by the standard fell, there wasnt alot of options. The phone wasnt working in our room. I think

Hotel was clean staff friendly and helpful. Dining options were good in the hotel also close to mbj airport. Also other dining options in Walking distance and safe.
