From the moment I arrived, I was blown away by the warmth and professionalism of the staff. The check-in process was smooth, quick, and friendly – I was greeted with a smile The room was immaculate, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable. The bed felt like sleeping on a cloud, and the view was absolutely breathtaking. I checked late and staff were still attentive at a late hour Highly recommend !!

I booked this airport for my elderly parents. They said - The overall service provided by this hotel is impeccable. The food, cleanliness and hospitality were outstanding. The shuttle service was also very professional.

The staff are always phenomenal

Nestled in the hills of Montego Bay. Beautiful view of city - especially at night- and the sea beyond. The food was fabulous. Breakfast - traditional Jamaican fare but there could have been more fruit. I like that the hotel provides a shuttle for airport and beach runs. Only problem was hotel phones were down and it was difficult to make contact with hotel before my arrival. Sent me in a bit of a panic. Friendly staff made up for this. Very accommodating.

The hotel is much more than I expected. It is very beautiful and clean. Everyone that works that we came in contact with was helpful and thoughtful. On our arrival, the original room was next to the kitchen and smelled like fish. We asked for a different room and without hesitation, they moved us. That junior suit was great and had a nice view. We did not have dinner there but we did have a drink and an appetizer. The shrimp was great and I had the Bob Marley, my husband had the purple rain, they both were delicious. My only complaint from giving 5 stars was the breakfast…not a fan!
