RIU Negril All Inclusive

I would like to acknowledge Allison from front desk, she started my vacation on a positive note she was pleasant and informative, I would also like to acknowledge Damian the bell man very polite and friendly and Nichoi the amazing outstanding bartender a bundle of joy , these guys contributed to me wanting to come back.

The staff here is Very friendly ( nicer than the Palace!) esp. the Bartenders ( front desk could be better) Shout out to Lennox t he nedt bellhop! he can run the plave😊

Everyone was really accommodating and food was great. Lots of activities and loads of options for excursions.

It’s for the older crowd not young. Very relaxing and quiet.

I just returned from a stay at Rui Hotel Negril. The resort is clean and was recently updated. The bed was comfortable and the room was sound proof - I only heard neighbors once in the hallway. The entertainment staff are very engaging, and most of the bartenders went out of their way to fun. The food is pretty good for an all inclusive. Drinks are mysteriously weak, but the beach and water were fantastic. There are lots of vendors on the beach, but if you said no thank you to whatever they were selling, they were very respectful and moved on.

Spent 7 days here. Check in was quick, room was spacious and clean. Property itself is beautiful. Food was good kind of repetetive but thats typical with all inclusive. The grill near the pool had delicious jerk chicken daily! Did NOT appreciate that we could NEVER get a reservation for the specialty restaurants our whole stay, that's unacceptable!! Pool with swim up bar was small and aside from the bartenders all the staff looked miserable. Nobody greeting you with a hello or good morning or even a smile for that matter.

I liked the RIU experience but one thing I would like to see improved is the distance from the 4,5,6 buildings from the dining and entertainment

Very clean, nice updated rooms. The shower leaked water outside onto the bathroom floor, despite how the shower head was positioned but other than that would have been 5/5.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay here. Only issue we had was the a/c in our room was not cool as it never got below 22c/71c. Sent in a request everyday to looked at and it was never fix. That’s my biggest issue apart from that staff was nice and the areas was clean.

Front desk was a little of a pain when i was leaving. The i came to realize there were only 2 bellman onduty to service entire hotel. As a pregnant woman traveling alone I had to carry my bags myself from one side of the property to the next or miss my ride home.

The property was a very beautiful place kept really clean most of the staff was polite some was very rude. The food was good for the most part. Only thing was the time I was there it rained a lot and our room did not have the umbrella. Over all the entertainment was great, there was alway things to do you didn’t have to go searching for the entertainment! Also, went to the spa it was very closed in and the staff didn’t have enough accommodation to fully do their duty! Meaning because they had only one pedicure chair the other staff had to use a floor basin to washing my feet and the music needed to be changed but the staff has no control over the music was very depressing!!

Had a great stay! The staff was very friendly and welcoming, making the experience even better. The hotel was clean and well-maintained, which I really appreciated. Would definitely recommend!

I checked out yesterday from Room 1247 and arrived home with a ton of bites! You need to disinfect your beds better. Changing sheets is not enough. Now I have to disinfect and treat my entire home for bed bugs!

Best value for an all-inclusive resort you will find, and the property itself is immaculate, the beach is amazing, and there's a ton of activities for everyone.

Very clean, great food, great entertainment and the staff was AMAZING. Having the kayaks, paddle board and paddle boat was even more of a plus. We really don't have any complaints.

Some staff are very rude
