We had the pleasure of staying at 7C Villa and Winery near Mount Fuji, and it was nothing short of spectacular. The Exceptional: What truly impressed us was their customer service after our stay. I accidentally left my iPhone in the room, and the staff didn't just find it - they coordinated delivery to my Tokyo hotel the next day, arriving just before my international flight! This kind of proactive, thoughtful service is what transforms a great stay into an unforgettable experience.The winery aspect adds a lovely touch to the overall experience, and the entire property feels like a well-curated retreat. Every detail has been thoughtfully considered, making this perfect for couples seeking a premium getaway. Highly recommended for anyone wanting a top-tier experience near Mount Fuji.

7c staff was absolutely amazing and accommodating for all our needs. They really strive to accomplish the desired atmosphere of the place and provide a relaxing environment for their guests. The food was incredible and the experience went hand in hand with the quality of offerings. We would definitely recommend to those looking to relax and treat yourself to some R&R. The only challenge was the location. But that’s not a fault of the hotel, just simply something to be mindful of in Kawaguchiko area as a whole.

This was one of the best stays I’ve ever had. The staff was incredible, the food and wine for dinner was amazing, breakfast was delivered to our room in the morning, the amenities are beautiful, and we even got to use complimentary bikes to explore the town and see some great views of Mt. Fuji. Overall 12/10 experience. Highly recommend this stay! We will be back!
