All staff are very polite and helpfully , the swimming is good with the nice view of Beppu , and the breakfast have plenty of choice

We visited for two nights and three days to celebrate our daughter’s second birthday. I’d like to express my sincere gratitude to each and every staff member for their exceptional kindness and hospitality. Thanks to all of you, we were able to create truly special memories for our daughter, who has just turned 24 months old. Everything—from the cleanliness of our room, the quality of food and beverage outlets, to the pool and onsen—was outstanding. I would gladly give a perfect score for all the facilities and services. Special thanks to Faye for assisting with our check-in, and to Takamura and Oishi (apologies if I’ve misspelled your names) for helping us make a restaurant reservation in Beppu city. I’m also thankful to the staff who kindly assisted with check-out and valet service around 11 a.m. on the 19th. While I may not remember every name, please know that we truly appreciated everyone’s efforts. As a five-star hotel, the facilities and services were, of course, excellent—but what made our stay truly unforgettable was the warm and genuine hospitality of the staff. My wife, daughter, and I were able to enjoy a wonderful, happy holiday thanks to all of you.

Wonderful place to enjoy the hills and geotherrmal sites around Beppu. This is a beautiful resort with wonderful facilities and exceedingly helpful staff.
