We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The 24-hour front desk staff was consistently polite and helpful, and the view from our room was beautiful. While parking immediately in front of the building is limited, the secondary lot is a short walk away (less than 5 minutes). For us, the prime location and stunning views far outweighed this minor parking inconvenience.

I would like to file a formal complaint regarding the treatment I received from your staff during my stay. I was subjected to discriminatory behavior, which I can only deduce was due to the simple fact that I was traveling alone. Personal prejudices of any staff member should never interfere with their professional duties. What happened was not only inappropriate but serious, unacceptable, and entirely contrary to the standards of hospitality a property like yours should uphold. Additionally, I was surprised to learn that the hotel does not provide regular room cleaning, and that if a guest wishes to have their room cleaned, they must pay an extra fee. This is highly irregular and does not align with the basic services expected from a hotel. I request that this situation be investigated and that I receive an explanation, as well as information on the corrective measures that will be taken to ensure no other guest has to experience similar issues.

適合代小朋友入住, 可煮食, 但有一點不好, 發現被袋入面有小許血跡

The hotel is a bit older but the room was roomy. The AC works great. The beach view is nice. Staff are very friendly here and there’s free breakfast in the morning. There is free public parking in front of the hotel. Since the room is a bit holder, it’s not in top notch cleanliness shape. It’s walkable to American village and there is a beach nearby. I would stay again.

I got a nice sunset every night from the balcony. 10 -15 minute walk to American village. Will stay again.

Großes Zimmer mit Blick aufs Meer. Parkmöglichkeiten vorhanden und auch viele Essensmöglichkeiten. Unweit vom Strand entfernt. Waschemaschine mit gratis Waschmittel. Morgens gibt es Kaffee und 3 kleine Backteilchen pro Person. Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit. Contra: Unser Zimmer war schon sehr alt und die Tapeten lösen sich, Leisten gehen ab, eine Renovierung wäre nötig, so sieht es etwas heruntergekommen aus.
