位置佳出入非常方便，有免費停車場。這間酒店必須入住多過4天，才會有清潔員工入房清潔，否則客人每日離開房間前，必須自行把垃圾及用個的毛巾，存放在房間內的門口地板上，有員工會收取並放置新毛巾及垃圾袋在房間內。有包簡便早餐，食物味道尚可。房間沒有足夠掛衣服的地方，只有6隻衣架，3隻放置入房門牆上，另外3隻放在浴缸內。

空間大，上下2層床鋪，浴室有浴缸十分寛闊。酒店旁可泊車，自駕方便。函館市場就在隔離，早上起身行一下做到。

飯店位置很棒，離車站近，對面就是函館朝市，旁邊是小丑漢堡，離路面電車站也很近。飯店很新很舒適，大廳有提供備品可以取用，4人房空間算大，旁邊有免費停車，附近就是Toyota 租車，開車自助旅遊也很方便！早餐是西式餐盒，如果可以不訂就外出吃，附近太多吃的囉！

Great hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Room is spacious. Parking lot right next to hotel building. Walking distance to Hakodate Morning Market. Highly recommended!

離朝市、小丑漢堡極近，房間設備人性化，整體的設計很不錯；不過是屬於半自助式的，需要自己打包垃圾。

飯店新穎，位置佳，智能自助check -in，飯店旁有露天停車位，房間乾淨整潔明亮，標準四人房房間有點小，房間內沒有附礦泉水，需要自行至一樓裝，蓮蓬頭的水溫水壓很棒，洗澡非常舒服。早餐是厚片pizza吐司或是燕麥優格+飲料，應該可不用預訂附早餐的方案，隔壁就是幸運小丑漢堡店，附近是函館朝市。

Excellent sur tous points

Clean and well located and comfortable.

The only positive is very close to station. The bedding is not western style but Japanese style which is not suitable for some people. It doesn’t mention in the website about the Japanese style which is disappointed. Breakfast is very poor. Again it didn’t mention in website that breakfast has to be ordered the night before which only has 2 choices a slice of pizza or granola yogurt and orange juice or coffee. Then we have to pick it up in the morning in the reception. No dining room in the hotel. Have to eat in the room. Overall paying 4* price but feel like receiving 2* facilities. I don’t recommend this hotel. There are quite few hotels near station that better than this hotel.

Hotel is spacious and it has everything you need including option to do your own laundry (similar to coin laundry). Location is great. Very close to JR train station and Hakodate morning market for fresh seafood!

The front desk staff was very helpful with check in and troubleshooting the laundry. The rooms very very spacious and comfortable.

Good location

The big plus for the hotel is its location near to the train station and fish market. The rooms are small but clean, though the layout is not ideal (e.g., the hangers for coats were over one of the beds) and there is very little storage space for clothes. However, there were a few things that make this not a hotel but rather an overpriced furnished room. First, room service/cleaning is VERY minimal, meaning they won’t even make the beds unless you stay 3 nights or you pay extra. The only thing they do is take out the trash and give you fresh towels if you ask, though the fresh towels were not even hung up but literally placed on the floor in the middle of the room. This was definitely a first in our 8 week trip in Japan, where everywhere else things like making the bed were completely normal and expected in 2 or 3 star hotels. This facet was not made clear when booking and not reflected in the price, which is similar to other hotels in the area I have stayed at. Similarly, check out is at 10 am, again not normal in Japan, where check out time is usually 11am or 12 pm. All in all, there are better hotels that I have stayed at in the area with real hotel-level service at a similar price point. I recommend you stay at those instead.
