The room was very clean and they even let us in a little earlier than our check in time which was super sweet! I would definitely recommend this hotel if you want something close to both shinjuku or shibuya:)

It has coat hangers and sturdy metal hanger. Vacuum cleaner was really helpful to vacuum seal our clothes and 5 big stuffed toys that we have won from claw machine.it is only 8 minutes walk to Nakano-fujimicho station. There’s Jonathans restaurant across the place. It is also near to 7-11, Family Mart and medium sized grocery store.

The owner was very prompt with communication, everything was very clean and we had access to everything we needed.

The room is big enough for a family of 5. Location is good - only one bus ride to Shibuya. I am happy with the amenities. It would have been nice if a dryer is included but I am not complaining. Smooth check in and check out process. Definitely recommended.

Was a little bit confusing to find the property because there’s no signs and at nights is hard to sleep cause the apartment is located in a very loud street.

Staff was very responsive. Room was clean and had a lot of amenities. I would say it was a larger space given Tokyo standards. 3 large beds. My one constructive feedback would be for the owner to add better blackout blinds. The placement of the beds underneath the window, a lot of light came in and shined on our heads in the morning waking us up prematurely. Other than that, it was a flawless and enjoyable stay. Very frustrated to find that, even though the listing says there IS an elevator, nobody mentioned that it starts on the SECOND floor. Meaning you have to climb a full flight of very steep stairs to get to the elevator. Not cool for somebody in a wheelchair. There are three queen size beds in a space where there should be only two (like, 20cm between beds). The room was clean and stocked (although the toilet paper is the thinnest, cheapest imaginable). Overall, "just ok".

Loved this place. Unit was clean and spacious, beds were very comfortable, and my most favorite thing was that the beds were not on the floor. There is a washing machine in the unit and clothes line on patio to dry your clothes. Easy check in and check out. The area was clean. We felt very safe there even late at night. Close proximity to train stations. The bus that goes to Shibuya and Shinjuku is right across the street from apartment complex. Shopping and dining close by.

房間乾淨舒適，大小在日本來說算很大間，還有一間更衣室可以曬衣服，洗衣機、廚房設備也很齊全。走去地鐵站不會很遠，從新宿坐公車到公寓門口大概20分鐘。缺點是附近的地鐵-中野富士見町，大部分的地鐵要在中野坂上轉車，才能去新宿，有時候要花點時間等車。

The bus stop is located directly across the street, and the train station is an 8-minute walk away. If you don't mind using public transportation, this location is perfect for you. We traveled all around Tokyo, and if you're familiar with Google Maps, you'll be able to easily catch the bus right in front of the lobby.

I love it. Peaceful, quiet, homey, and everything is great. Except the check in a little bit confusing, but the check out and everything else is great. I love it and would stay again. 👍

My family and I stayed here for a few days and really liked how spacious the apartment was. We also very much appreciate the close (walkable) proximity of this apartment to various convenience stores alongside transportation options (metro station approx. 8 minutes away by walking, bus stop approx. 2 minutes away by walking). The host responded relatively quickly to our questions, which we appreciated. The big thing we liked was the inclusion of an in-suite laundry washer machine, which meant we could just wash our clothes and then leave it outside on the balcony to dry.

Very great! Clean and comfortable place. You have all the necessary appliances you need. We felt as if it were our own home. The proximity to the subway station and a 24-hour restaurant near it are both great, and there's also a Family Mart and 7-Eleven nearby. It is very convenient when it gets very late after a long day of exploring the country. I would book Grandioso Nakano for my next trip in Japan again! That’s how much I loved staying there!
