We love the in-unit onsen and spa - they are constantly running and always hot!!! We can dip in any time with complete privacy. The Onsen is set up next to the balcony semi-outdoors with full length windows - therefore it is bright and sunny. The kitchen and the room tatami set up is great. The welcome drinks in the fridge are so nice! The appliances are smart. I wished there were a few more pods of coffee. I wished the check-in was not so difficult. We were only given the room key but not the room number. We stayed in the lobby by ourselves for like an hour to check 4 people in with our passport uploading and such. Then had to call the support line to get the room number. Wished to have done it in our room as promised. Other than that, it was great. We figured out we could walk to 7-11 to purchase prepped meals and frozen groceries to cook. The walk of 13 minutes along the sidewalk were a bit scary. Wished there were stairs along the hills because the stores are literally two curves above straight shot access if there were hillside stairs for shortcut. We also figured out the back ally of the building had a sliding door entrance - it could saved us the walking of a curve on the narrow road. Overall, it was an amazing facility. It is totally worth the trouble for two days of stay, 3 days would be excellent, but 1 day would not be worth the learning curve. I would come back for a 3-day stay next time instead of 2.

Super clean. Great location, there is a trolley stop almost a short block in front of the hotel and it is a short walk to the peace memorial park landmarks, as well as the central shopping area. Staff was friendly and we had an excellent view of the river. Easy 20 minutes from Hiroshima station via trolley. There is a 7-11 a short walk in front of the hotel. I would stay here again. We did not stay long enough to appreciate any amenities.

Muy buena ubicacion. El precio muy conveniente . El hotel es grande y no muy actualizado. En una de las 3 habitaciones el aire acondicionado no funcionaba muy bien. La limpieza correcta. Pudimos realizar el check in un rato antes de la hora. Y la salida fue muy rapida .

Hotel is in a nicely location and has a wonderful view of the bridge, Peace Park, city and skyline. Few minutes walk to major attractions, restaurants and shopping. The view from breakfast room on the 14th floor is spectacular. Only issue for us was that the rooms are very dated and have a musty smell. The first room we were given smelled smoky. They did change our room promptly. Windows could not be opened for ventilation.

The rooms are SMALL!!! We couldn’t pack at the same time due to space constraints. The elevators were slow to get you. It felt like they should have more for the size of the hotel. Honestly, I would stay again because of the price and location, but if you’re looking for a comfortable size room, this isn’t for you.

Staff was friendly and we had an excellent view of the river. Easy 20 minutes from Hiroshima station via trolley. There is a 7-11 a short walk in front of the hotel. I would stay here again. We did not stay long enough to appreciate any amenities.

Staff, location and hotel itself was great! Walking distance to the war museum and memorials. Rooms are bigger than a business hotel and bathrooms roomier. One staff was very helpful in English, check in was sinple, additional 200 yen tax when arriving which is normal for Japan. Parking is a bit complicated that isn’t really mentioned in detail on the websites I could find however, the parking at the hotel is only available for 2 numbered license plated vehicles, meaning under 2000cc with height restrictions. Over size parking was a 3-4 minute walk into a lot that was 1200 yen/day once you gave your ticket to the staff. Hotel was overrun with loud obnoxious American/Australians at the time which was a bit of a downer when trying to sleep at 11 being woken up. It’s to be expected in such a beautiful city near such an important memorial, I would still recommend to others

Location was good for sightseeing. Room was clean. Staffs were helpful and friendly. Used washing machine on-site and it was okay. Washing included automatic detergent dispensed. Drying took a little longer since I had a bit of clothes that needed washing. Overall, very positive experience staying here. I would stay here again, so I’ll recommend starting here.
