Overall, it's okay, considering the price. I think we deserved better quality for the pillows - the thickness is about 1CM, and the breakfast buffet was disappointing. In the hotel, most of the staff are professional and friendly, only the breakfast restaurant is quite frustrating. I'm not sure if the Raman was cold and only boiled for 3 seconds while you were waiting for the staff to cook it in front of you. However, it's diverse, but the taste and quality aren't so good.

We unfortunately had to cancel our visit to Osaka and as a result cancel our stay at the Intercontinental. Despite having a few days notice the hotel would not give any form of refund
I know we booked the room without cancelation provisions but was hoping there would be some form of concession on this given the advanced notice. The hotel was not sympathetic in the least.

The walk to Osaka Station and the subway is further than I thought. Not the best location for my visit to Expo. The hotel room is clean and spacious and the staff are helpful.!

Amazing stay and service. The pool, spa and bathhouse are really good and the quality of food is great. Totally recommend. We had access to the lounge which was perfect for us. Thank you Narumi Ikeda for your kindness and professionalism. Rooms are really comfortable. Will be back to this hotel whenever I come back to Osaka.

I had such a wonderful stay and would recommend anyone to stay here. It was very clean, staff was kind, friendly & very accommodating. The hotel was less than 10 minute walk from various shopping areas and stores. 10/10 experience. I’ll definitely book with them again.

We stayed two night with our toddler. It was amazing all around. Staff and hospitality was unbelievable. The breakfast buffet was delicious and easy to use.
The rooms were huge and beautiful. Definitely 5 star and I would recommend this place to friends and family.
