This hotel is super conveniently located to everything I needed! Their laundry facilities were supremely helpful and the fact that I could check if any machines were free from the comfort of my room was amazing!! The front desk staff was really helpful and helped me book luggage forwarding to the airport for the first time, had a luggage scale to borrow, and had a fully stocked amenities bar for my personal grooming needs. I could not ask for a better hotel and will definitely be back!!

The rooms were nice and clean and so was the hotel generally speaking. Only complaint was the soundproofing: could hear trains passing quite easily, and could also hear noise from the halls and adjoining rooms pretty well.

They have good customer service. They kept this hotel well maintained and clean. My twin room are not so tight and bathroom are very clean. Air conditioner are strong and a lot of nice TV channel to watch. It’s about 10 minutes walk to the Shibuya Stream shopping mall and Shibuya train station. They give out free toothbrush, toothpaste, lotion, face cleanser, tea, coffee and etc. at the lobby.

This boutique hotel in Osaka was absolutely fantastic, and the room had all that you need in a compact Japanese form. Excellent concierge staff. Many supermarkets and corner eats and walkable to Metro.

The location of the hotel is absolutely fantastic. It is easy to get around the city by subway or taxi. The only downside is the size of the rooms and the beds. They are quite small. One side of the bed is the wall and the size is like a single. I wish they had a bit larger rooms.

We only stayed for one night, and while the location was excellent—just a few minutes' walk from the train station and a shopping mall—the overall experience was disappointing. The room was extremely small, and the bed being attached to the wall made it very inconvenient and uncomfortable. Check-in was done through a self-service kiosk, and while there was staff available, they weren’t very friendly and their English was limited, which made communication a bit difficult. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel for the price, as it doesn’t meet the expected standards.

I stayed with my family during a summer vacation in Tokyo. I like the fact that this hotel is at a location that is convenient for almost everything from food, shopping, to transportation. It is a 5 minutes walk to Shibuya Scramble and less than 10 min walk to Shibuya crossing and Shibuya train station. The property is clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this place to everyone.

I got into hotel just after 9pm and there was one agent on duty. The check in was via a kiosk and she was helping another guest. After some time, we checked in and the room was nice. It was clean and the bathroom looked like it was renovated. There were slippers and a robe, nice touch (didn't get that at the Hilton Tokyo Bay!) The bidet had warm toilet (Hilton did not). There was complimentary
coffee and the usual toiletries you get at lobby. Location was close to the Stream near many restaurants, very convenient. Lobby isn't grand and it's in small office building. If you're good with that which I was, I totally recommend this hotel for the price, room and location!!

すごく良いホテルです。
4泊予定でしたが、前日急用が入り、1泊キャンセルしました。
ホテルは無料でキャンセル可能とのことをエクスペディアでチャットで伝えたところ、キャンセル対応していただき、助かりました。
駅周辺は賑やかで、楽しいです。
ただ、渋谷駅からの通路が複雑です。
分かれば、3階の連絡ルールで直結しているので、便利です。
モーニングのフレンチトーストが美味しいです。

The location of the hotel is absolutely fantastic. It is easy to get around the city by subway or taxi. The only downside is the size of the rooms and the beds. They are quite small. One side of the bed is the wall and the size is like a single. I wish they had a bit larger rooms.

Everything is amazing with this property! Right at the heart of Shibuya. Everything is walkable. So many food options and easy access to transportation.

We only stayed for one night, and while the location was excellent—just a few minutes' walk from the train station and a shopping mall—the overall experience was disappointing. The room was extremely small, and the bed being attached to the wall made it very inconvenient and uncomfortable. Check-in was done through a self-service kiosk, and while there was staff available, they weren’t very friendly and their English was limited, which made communication a bit difficult. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel for the price, as it doesn’t meet the expected standards.

I stayed with my family during a summer vacation in Tokyo. I like the fact that this hotel is at a location that is convenient for almost everything from food, shopping, to transportation. It is a 5 minutes walk to Shibuya Scramble and less than 10 min walk to Shibuya crossing and Shibuya train station. The property is clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this place to everyone.

I got into hotel just after 9pm and there was one agent on duty. The check in was via a kiosk and she was helping another guest. After some time, we checked in and the room was nice. It was clean and the bathroom looked like it was renovated. There were slippers and a robe, nice touch (didn't get that at the Hilton Tokyo Bay!) The bidet had warm toilet (Hilton did not). There was complimentary
coffee and the usual toiletries you get at lobby. Location was close to the Stream near many restaurants, very convenient. Lobby isn't grand and it's in small office building. If you're good with that which I was, I totally recommend this hotel for the price, room and location!!

すごく良いホテルです。
4泊予定でしたが、前日急用が入り、1泊キャンセルしました。
ホテルは無料でキャンセル可能とのことをエクスペディアでチャットで伝えたところ、キャンセル対応していただき、助かりました。
駅周辺は賑やかで、楽しいです。
ただ、渋谷駅からの通路が複雑です。
分かれば、3階の連絡ルールで直結しているので、便利です。
モーニングのフレンチトーストが美味しいです。
