We absolutely loved our stay here. The staff is wonderful, kind, and very helpful for getting around Hakuba! It’s very close to Goryu and several restaurants. They also serve dinner and breakfast there if you don’t want to go out, and the food truck outside is a big plus. It was great to have a quiet accommodation near the slopes. The dry room has a spot to place your ski equipment as well.

走路到五龍雪場約5分鐘，很安靜的日式小屋，如果澡堂熱水能更燙就太好了。

Very hospitable family owned hotel. Short walk to Goryu resort and restaurants. Family friendly with free marshmellows to roast over fire every evening. Nice hot wine to warm up after day of skiing.

Service was excellent and great location. It's a 5 minute walk up to the base of Goryu. The family run pension is extremely helpful and some of the best food we had in Hakuba. The dry room has lots of room for gear, onsen was hot and vibes relaxing.

The staff were lovely & so helpful. It was a charming little place & perfect location so close to the ski field.

Amazing family lodge - nice facilities did go in off season but was very welcoming and easy to deal with! Plus very close to Goryu

The host was fantastic, and I truly appreciated their eagerness to serve the guests. Unfortunately, as I was new to the area, I couldn't find any car parking within a 5 km radius due to the ski parking being full. So, I returned and requested a parking space, and to my surprise, they kindly allowed me to keep the car for as long as I needed, even after my hotel check-out. It's important to note how considerate they were, providing a space despite knowing they were short on parking, especially in heavy snow conditions.

Location was absolutely awesome just a walking distance to the lefts & on the slopes in less than 10min walk. Ski rental just there too. Goryu was an excellent slop to start on with Hakubah 47 connection via gondola was so worth while. Good drying room for gear was great to dry gear over night. Accommodation was comfortable, warm & a lovely hot onsen to finish the day off to warm up the bones. Down stairs dining area was charming & the owner’s son put a fire on for me in the fireplace, even if I was the only person in the room which I was so grateful for. Thankyou again! Charming family business, very accommodating. Highly recommend it.
