First of all, the check in area and hotel are in 2 separate locations!! I can’t believe that was never in any of the reviews I read. So FYI or just read the pre check in email lol. Good location and more spacious than other hotels

A very cozy and clean room with everything we need. The location is excellent and easy to get around. It's also very quiet. We really enjoyed our stay and will certainly come back if we visit Kyoto again!

AC was very good. Cleanliness was great across two different rooms we stayed in. One of the best family facilities we have tried. Highly recommended for proximity to markets and shopping.

Spent 14 days in Japan and this property was the best we stayed at by far. Spacious, clean and located near everything one would want on holiday in Kyoto Highly recommend.

Check in was quick and easy. Shuta made check in fun and had a great attitude. The check in is right next to Kyoto station and the free shuttle to the Kuon was unexpected and appreciated. The property was clean, had everything we needed, and is only a few blocks walking distance to bus stops, both Kyoto subways, and markets and shopping. It was an excellent base of operations to conduct day trips from to see Nara, the north coast, and the sights to see around Kyoto. I will have no reservations about staying here again when I return to Kyoto.

Room was good. Very convenient location. The only problem, check in is at a different location which was slightly inconvenient especially traveling with a big family. But the staff is great and honestly made it easy. And they do have a shuttle bus back to your hotel so that was nice.

The room, although small was extremely clean with complete amenities. The staff at the check-in office was friendly and helpful. Resi Stay Kuon is very near to the shopping district and only 3 minutes walk to Nishiki Market. So glad Family Mart is literally across the street from the hotel's entrance. Highly recommended!

We had a great experience at RESI STAY KUON in Kyoto. The staff was incredibly friendly, efficient, and always quick to respond. We used luggage transfer service from our previous stay and they made the whole process very easy. Our bags were delivered without any issues. Their free shuttle starts at 3 PM but we arrived much earlier and did not get to use it. Even then they kindly allowed us an early check in which we really appreciated after traveling. The room was perfect for our group of four. The beds were a bit on the firm side but most beds in Japan have been that way for us so it was not a surprise. The location was great and checkout was very simple. They also have a room where you can leave your luggage after checking out which was extremely helpful. Overall it was a smooth and comfortable stay and we highly recommend it.

Check in process was smooth. Really loved the luggage storage area, that was a big relief.

La climatisation dans la chambre est trop bruissante. Sinon tout était parfait.

Air conditioning cold, room clean and smells nice. Area clean and accessible everywhere you like to go and buy. Only the smoking area was very hot, very compressed as per my friend

We were very impressed with the property. Good area, in the center of shopping area, market, good restaurant and metro.
