This is really nice hotel for the price. It is at a good location in town, about a 5 minute walk from a station and with a lot of restaurants within walking distance. The staff is very nice and helpful. Just know that the facility has bare minimum staff until around 1pm, and you cannot check in until 2pm.
The room is really nice, it has a huge walk-in shower with a tub. It has a nice lounge area as well with free coffee. The staff is very nice and easy to communicate with. I can't believe the value this hotel was to stay at, just amazing.

Melhor hotel que ja fiquei. Mesmo a recepção funcionando apenas depois das 14h, tudo funciona, o quarto é absolutamente fantástico, principalmente para padroes japoneses (é enorme). Sempre que voltar a Kyoto ficarei aqui!

Our room was massive, even better than we could have hoped for. A small kitchen meant we could have food reheated from the host of convenience stores round the corner. We would highly recommend and would stay again in one of we had the option.

We (party of 3) stayed in a deluxe double room and the room size was huge! It had a kitchen area that even had a stove and sink. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The only small issue is that there is no 24/7 front desk/reception staff so be aware of that if you are checking in super early/late. Highly recommend this property though.

I have been using the lobby often for work. In the evening, i believe one of the older male staff smoke. So i can smell cigarette smell. The hotel is a non smoking hotel, yet the staff allow to smoke. The smell comes from office space at the ground floor.
