Frendly staff and location near by station

เป็นห้องเปล่าที่เล็กกว่าที่คิด ปูฟูกนอนผู้ใหญ่3+เด็กเล็ก1คน เต็มห้อง ไม่มีทีวี มีตู้เย็นเล็กๆ1ใบ เป็นบ้านทั้งหลังมีห้องแชร์4ห้อง ห้องน้ำรวม นอน2คืนไม่มีทำความสะอาดห้องให้ ทำเลดีค่ะใกล้สถานีคาวากุจิโกะมาก

Staff บริการดี เป็นกันเอง ห้องพักสะดวก สะอาด น่าพักผ่อน บรรยากาศดี

My room 桃 was next to the entrance so it is noisy when noisy guests come in/out. Has free laundry service. Suggest hotel put up signs because the entrance is off the street and GoogleMap direction and even the hotel check in confirmation points to a private home. Poor family must have been disturbed at all hours. Only 2 minutes from station if you don’t follow Google Map ^_^ Cafe 81 across the street is friendly and has storage lockers for a fee.

Ingen service ved tjek ind, en iPad som ikke duede. Virkelig ringe værelse med køjeseng i dårlig stand, tynde vægge og larmende naboer, vaskemaskine og mikroovn bipper konstant, fik næsten ikke sovet. Det eneste den ekstra stjerne er givet for er at der er rent på fællesområder.

This is not a hotel. It’s a hostel. The superior room is a square tatami mat floor with a poor working air conditioner. Private shower… nope. Everything is shared. The price I paid for the stay did not meet the expectations. I tried to leave a day early as it was so bad. Don’t be fooled. Left early anyways. Tried to get some sort of refund, but the host denied. Expedia tried for me, but was denied. You can find many better places near by.

It’s my first time staying in a hostel with shared toilet and bathroom facilities. It was a good experience as everything is clean and there are only 5 rooms at this place. It’s just diagonally across the station. You get beautiful views of mt Fuji from just standing outside.

This place is close to train and bus station. There's no person to check in or out. For checking in you have to use some tablet in the front, but it didn't work for me to check in. Also some locks seams doesn't work properly. During my stay someone knocked on my door after 11pm waking up us because their lock doesn't work and nobody there to help them. Really basic facility just for one quick night stay maybe OK otherwise don't recommend.

I can sum up our stay at Samuris with 1 word; interesting. There is not a chair in the whole place. Our room has a double bunk bed, but only floor sitting as in tatami. I see other rooms are all tatami. It is OK for young folks. As we are seniors, sitting on the floor for any lenght of time is a challenge. Getting up is even worse. Otherwise the place is quite nice. Very Japanese feel. It has everything we need. We share the facilities with 4 other rooms of people. It remind me of my younger yeays in the service. We were lucky. Most of the other guests were nice and quiet. Except for our last night there came a group of 4/5 people from across the hall who were rather loud sometimes. After midnight all were quiet. So it is all good. The place is near the main station (5 min walk). You can plan your activites literally from the sta. The walls are thin. Bring some ear plugs just in case. I brought mine but never needed them. 1 more observation, there are only little paper cups and lots of tea bags. Our room has a kettle. A microwave oven is in the laundry room. Interesting. O, a last and perhaps least thing is the toilet seat is heated. At 1st it felt nice. No more cold contacts. But after a few minutes it heats up my bum and makes it sweaty. Rather uncomfortable. 写真に騙されたかな。記載した設備は一応揃っているが、写真ほど素敵ではなく、古い民居を改造して売り出したが、中は狭く、壁が薄くて隣の音が気になるぐらいだ。おそらく二度を使わない。

No parking. No private bathroom. Nobody to help.

Location is great, price is cheap. Can’t expect too much. Free laundry, good.

Me and friends stayed in 1 bedroom with 3 futons for 3 nights, the room was clean and tidy and very comfortable. As a hostel, there are many tourist and bag-packers and don't care much about cleaning the communal spaces but someone from the hostel came to clean every day, and that was very good! The hostel provides, slippers, shampoo, conditioner and washing and drying cloth. Location is perfect! very close to the Kawaguchiko station. I think is a very good hostel. thank you

入住單人房間兩晚， 床架上層床下層書枱雪櫃椅子， 椅子在坐的時候發出‘咔咔’聲響，需維修一下， 大門入口木地板路過時候發出‘裂裂’的聲響 優點位置很近車站， 也有免費洗衣機 缺點隔音不好， 需帶耳塞睡覺

自家用車での滞在でしたが、駐車場が別のSAMURISEの場所で、徒歩5分ほどの距離にあります 徒歩圏内にある食事のできる場所が少なかった印象です

Good place, clean with neceesary amenities. The wall is thinner so we could hear people in the next room. Having a little difficult with self check in but over all is good. Only 3 minuts walking distance from bus station.

It’s an old place. Hard to find. Worst part - Sleep on the thin futon on the floor; no bed. My back was aching. But it has great comfortable blankets. The best thing is its location near the visitor center, train-bus stations, and restaurants.

This place would be an okay place to stay if the Heater worked. Especially during winter. The room that we stayed in had no working heater and the room was as cold as the outside. It was -3c. We contacted the hostes and she basically said there was nothing we could do. So we slept 3 nights in freezing temperatures. Honestly its worth paying extra to stay in another place and a place that has an onsen.
