The front desk is staffed during limited hours. The number of pets that can be accepted varies depending on the room types. Pet must have been vaccinated with rabies and 5 or more vaccines within the past year, and at least 2 weeks have passed since the vaccination date. Guests traveling with a pet must present their pet's current vaccination record at check-in. Pets that are pregnant, in estrus (heat) cycle, or have any infectious diseases are not permitted. Pets are not permitted in the bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, and toilet, and must be house trained.
