I stayed five nights at Baraka Tower Hotel, checking in on 24/01/2026, and this was my second stay. Once again, the experience was absolutely wonderful from start to finish.
The customer service was excellent — very quick, friendly, and highly professional. I was welcomed with smiling faces that immediately made me feel comfortable and valued. The staff made sure I received the exact type of room I wanted, which I truly appreciated. Especially sister Zamzam and her team.
I also want to highlight the buffet breakfast, which has clearly improved since my last visit. A new lady joined the breakfast service (I regret that I forgot her name), and she was absolutely wonderful. The menu was improved, and I really appreciated that my breakfast preferences were considered this time — the breakfast style was very good. Please keep it up!

Mein gebuchtes Zimmer war sauber und ordentlich. Man muss ehrlicher weise schreiben das es in einem islamischen Teil von Nairobi geführt wird einschließlich lautstarken Gebeten. Desweiteren kein Alkoholgenusss gewünscht wird. Das Personal war immer sehr zuvorkommend und sehr freundlich. Ich habe mich wohl gefühlt.
Excellent Stay with Outstanding Reception – Minor Breakfast Service Issue
I stayed at Baraka Tower Hotel in Eastleigh, Nairobi, Kenya, for four nights, and overall I had a very pleasant experience.
The customer service at the reception was absolutely excellent. Zamzam and her team were first class, always welcoming, professional, and willing to go the extra mile to help guests. Their warm attitude truly made me feel at home.
The cleanliness, safety and security, and the location of the hotel were all outstanding. I felt comfortable and secure throughout my stay, and the accommodation itself deserves a five-star rating in terms of comfort and standards.
However, the only downside was the included breakfast and the service in the breakfast area, which was quite poor. In particular, one staff member (Adlate) lacked a welcoming attitude and customer service skills, which affected the breakfast experience.
Despite this, I would still highly recommend Baraka Tower Hotel. The accommodation and reception service are exceptional, and with improvement in the breakfast service, the hotel would be truly outstanding.
