Our safari at Lorian was absolutely outstanding and epic! It was small and very personal, with amazing service and food. We were blown away having gourmet dinners and meals cooked personally for us while in the "back country", overlooking a river with hippos, and right in the safari country. Betty was our game driver and was amazing. She was constantly on the phone with other drivers tracking what animals were where. We saw a leopard with a kill up in a tree, a lioness take down a wildebeest, wildebeests crossing a river, several lion kills... on and on. She was friendly, fun, responsive, and simply wonderful. We can't say enough about the staff who served and partially prepared the meals for us: Justin and Anthony. They were a joy to get to know and be served by- truly one of the highlights of our trip. The whole staff was responsive to anything we wanted, invited our inputs, and went way beyond what we expected or was possible while in the safari wilderness. Even had Starlink internet connectivity in the dining area and group area! Simply wonderful. If we ever go back to the Maasai for another safari, we will be returning!

Lorian is a cosy small camp with very good staff. Food was good and location excellent...close to the air strip and fairly close to possible sightings. The Lorian team made the trip memorable with their superb and always helpful attitude. Will go back on next trip and happy to recommend.
