This hotel was perfect for my stay.. I have a boat close by on the small resort island of Rebak.. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for a quiet hotel away from the town centre.. The hotel is inexpensive and great value.. With the savings, you could rent a car for your entire vacation whick gives you unlimited access to the whole hotel.. The staff could not be more helpful and efficient. Even though it may not be the Westin Excelsior on Via Veneto, the rooms are large, comfortable and clean.. Breakfast is substancial wirh cereal, toast, fried eggs to your choice, rice, various curries (changing daily) etc... Better than a continental breakfast. Have already recommended tjis hotel, the Bella Vista, to the yachting community..Thank you to the super staff and management.. they went the extra mile.. I appreciated it..even the beautiful icecream delivered to me with a note of thanks..

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

The hotel was built as a luxury hotel and became somewhat dilapidated, I guess it would need much investment to recover. However, with the price tag offered the place was not a bad choice either. As a bonus, quite nice swimming pool. No more luxury, wearing visible in many places, but could be acceptable for a one night stay. Breakfast very basic.

Very old, dirty hotel. First they gave us room with cigarettes smell, we asked for other room. They gave very old and dirty room. Toilet yellow, shower silicon yellow and black corners, the smell in the room is bad.

Bokade hotellet för sin närhet till Langkawis flygplats. Av bilderna att döma såg det okej ut, samt prisvärt. Men på plats inser man att det är ett slitet hotell. Poolen ser bra ut på bilderna, men i verkligheten är den inte bra. Vår familj var ense om att när det byggdes var det förmodligen tipp topp (känns som minst 20/25 år sedan), men nu lägger dom inte nånting på underhåll utan fixar endast akuta lösningar.

Bra för en natt, vi kom från Langkawi och skulle flyga morgonen efter. Dög som övernattningshotell. Inte så fräscht badrum, var hål i taket och droppade från det. Wi-fi funkade inte på rummet. Helt ok annars.

We apologise for our initial negative feedback, and I’d just like to thank the staff for their incredible kind gestures the last few days. We acknowledge that the issues with the Tv channels, as well as the noise, is not the staffs fault in any way and they tried so hard to make it up to us that we even extended here with them. Sorry for judging so quickly! Thanks for our stay!

Hôtel au bord du gouffre! Fuyez! On l'a pris apres un séjour ds un autre établissement plus cher mais comme il se trouve à 5 minutes de l'aéroport pour un vol tôt le matin! On a préféré payer moins cher juste pour dormir! L'hôtel est sale! Pas de clientèle! Le Staff est gentil, plein de bonnes volonté et conseils! Ils nous ont même proposé d'ouvrir le restaurant 30 min avant pour nous servir le petit déjeuner! Délicate attention! Rien aux alentours! Pas de restaurants! Un scooter s'impose si vous voulez profiter de cette superbe île!!!

We stayed there just to take the ferry to Koh Lipe next day. Near from airport but not in walking distance. Taxi fare was 16-18 MYR one way. Photos on hotels.com were wrong. They were the photos of other hotel which has the same name. Room was spacious but the sheet and towels were a little dirty.

Wardrobe is rotten, paint in the room peeling off, TV is spoilt but no one cares until I reported. The hotel changed another TV though, but maintenance staffs left screws behind on the table, and table was not wiped clean after they do their work. Door safety/security latch does not lock

If i could I would give this hotel -6 stars. The hotel is out in nowhere. There is absolutely nothing within walking distance. I have never seen anything this disgusting. We found cockroaches in the room and bathroom. when we asked to change the room it was not possible, even though there was plenty of rooms available. when we asked for a spray to kill the cockroaches, we were told that was not a service they provided. They tried to offer us another superior room after 2 days of nonstop complaining, for double the price and with exactly same condition. hotels like these should not even be available on international hotel websites. absolutely disgusting and horrible service !!!!!!
