Grand old hotel with excellent staff. Though certain areas are showing there age the overall experience was wonderful. I personally love the detailed woodwork, marble and grand staircases. Room was large with a conformable bed. Staff were very helpful, thank you to Irvilla, Danial and Merza fir all you help and thoughtfulness. Breakfast was presented beautifully with plenty of options. Overall a great experience.

There was a problem with bathroom cleanliness on arrival - this was dealt with effectively and not an ongoing problem. Building having a re-paint: front done and looks good; back will look equally white fresh when finished.

I am not happy with getting eye infection from pillow case sleeping in the room here. I have pink eye. So the room is very dirty with bacteria! The living room restaurant downstairs lobby level has the WORST food. Do not eat unless you want tasteless tough chewing food. The lobby bar in the middle has okay food but not the best. It’s better to eat across the way in the mall. The food from locals is way way better than the food in the dorsett hotel.

Great location overlooking Times Square and only a few mins walk into the centre of Victoria where you’ll find lots of bars, restaurants and shops etc. Good WiFi in rooms. Rooms are a little old/tired around the edges but extremely comfortable and a great size. It’s a shame that the small balcony is frequently visited by pigeons who like to leave their mark. Overall, a great stay.

From my previous stay at this hotel 5 years ago, the condition and up keeping has deteriorated badly. Carpets are worn and pillows smell. The bath towels are pretty torn and worn! I don’t call this a 5-star rating but more of a 4-star rating hotel. Very poor standards

I am not happy with getting eye infection from pillow case sleeping in the room here. I have pink eye. So the room is very dirty with bacteria! The living room restaurant downstairs lobby level has the WORST food. Do not eat unless you want tasteless tough chewing food. The lobby bar in the middle has okay food but not the best. It’s better to eat across the way in the mall. The food from locals is way way better than the food in the dorsett hotel.

Grand old hotel with excellent staff. Though certain areas are showing there age the overall experience was wonderful. I personally love the detailed woodwork, marble and grand staircases. Room was large with a conformable bed. Staff were very helpful, thank you to Irvilla, Danial and Merza fir all you help and thoughtfulness. Breakfast was presented beautifully with plenty of options. Overall a great experience.

Great location overlooking Times Square and only a few mins walk into the centre of Victoria where you’ll find lots of bars, restaurants and shops etc. Good WiFi in rooms. Rooms are a little old/tired around the edges but extremely comfortable and a great size. It’s a shame that the small balcony is frequently visited by pigeons who like to leave their mark. Overall, a great stay.

There was a problem with bathroom cleanliness on arrival - this was dealt with effectively and not an ongoing problem. Building having a re-paint: front done and looks good; back will look equally white fresh when finished.

Convenient for some, not far to airport (but Labuan is quite small) Property have seen better days, hotel is aging and it shows, even if it is well cleaned. But there is not really a choice in Labuan.

From my previous stay at this hotel 5 years ago, the condition and up keeping has deteriorated badly. Carpets are worn and pillows smell. The bath towels are pretty torn and worn! I don’t call this a 5-star rating but more of a 4-star rating hotel. Very poor standards
