Customer provide MITI letter with essential service purpose only allow to check in. MITI letter must have guest name on it. If main guest is travelling with other guest, all guest must present MITI letter.
Term and Condition 1. Check-in time is 2:00 PM onwards, and check out time is on or before 12:00 PM (noon). 2. Room rates must be paid full in advance and a miscellaneous deposit of RM 50.00 per room are required upon check in. Your deposit will be held until check out time the next day. 3. The guest shall be responsible for the replacement / reinstatement of any items damaged through misuse or other act of abuse. This shall apply whether the damage was deliberate or accidental. 4. Early check in & late check-out is subject to availability - Early check-in, between 7:00 AM to 12:00 PM, each hour will be charge RM10.00 - Late check-out from 1.00 p.m. to 5.00 p.m. will be subject to extra half day charge. - Late check-out after 5.00 p.m. will be subject to extra full day charge 5. Extension of stay is subjected to room availability. Reservation Policy 1. Any non-secured reservation will be held until 2:00 PM on the day of arrival, after 2:00 PM we will be entitled to re-let the room, unless the guest has notified the hotel of a late arrival is subject to availability. 2. All rooms that have been secured by credit/debit card or prepaid at the time of booking will he held until 11:59pm on the scheduled date of arrival unless otherwise agreed directly with the Hotel. 3. Once a reservation is booked you are allowed to modify/cancel online on your own before 24 hours prior to the arrival date with no cancellation fees. Except Peak seasons and Public holidays, cancel before 24 hours, pre-payment and booking deposits, which are non-refundable. 4. If guest shortens his stay, the Hotel will impose a one night room charge as a last-minute cancellation, and refund the balance either through cash or credit card, depending on the first received payment mode. Administrative charges imposed by bank will be deducted accordingly and a cancellation fee is RM10.00.
