Aiming to optimise the flow of customers and reduce food handling. All food & beverage menus are available with QR code. Maximum capacity respecting social distancing protocol is practiced in areas of the Hotel including outlets, function rooms, swimming pool and also the GYM must be adhered. Signage displaying the maximum capacity at any one time is available At the present moment, the Hotel outlets unavailable are the Lobby Bar, Garbo Gastro Bar and The Level lounge The laundry and ironing service is temporarily suspended, to adapt disinfection and hygiene measures Your Bedroom, Your Sanctuary: A safe space where we have intensified our cleaning and sanitizing protocols. Room cleaning shall only be carried out upon request. Focusing on minimizing contact during the cleaning process, guest(s) is required to excuse from being presence in the room whilst the maid is conducting the cleaning process. If you are going to use a vehicle during your stay, we inform you that we have available 86 basement parking spaces and also our podium parking outside the Hotel entrance. Charges applicable for parking. To help with the cleaning and disinfection of our areas, we have reduced the amount of decorative elements in the Hotel and in the room, such as kettle, coffee and tea facilities, hairdryer, slippers, iron and ironing board, notepad and pen, laundry bag and list, minibar or amenities. For all reservations, the Hotel requires a deposit of RM100 per room per night for incidental charges upon check-in. Deposit may be placed in cash or on a credit card during check-in process. For deposit using credit card a pre-authorisation will require during check in process
