The room was unsatisfactory it was only room on the ground floor at street level and it had no window that we could open ,we could hear breakfast staff in at 7am,I dropped my engagement ring and had to pull out the locker to try and retrieve it it had not been cleaned for a long time lots of dust ect spoons papers ,I liked the hotel but would advise anyone to ask for a room upstairs

Hotellet ligger godt og centralt. Det er dog også en af ulemperne, da der var meget støj fra omkringliggende barer fra kl. 22-02 (i hvert fald fredag og lørdag). Derudover var det meget meget hårde senge… ikke rart. Personalet var venlige.

ヘリテージホテルに泊まりたくて3泊しました。 概ね良好なホテルと言えます。 不満点を挙げるなら、温水で、一応給湯設備はあるのですが、シャワーを使っているうちに水になってしまい、妻や娘は寒がっていました。 立地はジョージタウンを満喫するのに最高ですね。 夜に賑わうBarの通りに近く、土曜日の夜は賑やかですが、案外部屋に戻ると騒音は気になりませんでした。 建物や調度品は歴史を感じさせるもので、没入感あって好きでした。 また、無料で朝食が振る舞われます。 毎日同じメニューでしたが何の不満もありません。だった無料なんですから。とても美味しかったですよ。 今回は8歳の娘を連れて、家族で利用しましたが、家族利用は向いていないかもしれません。 そう再々行けるものでもないので、またの利用は難しいかもしれませんが、次回は系列のホテルに宿泊してみたいと思います。

Nice location in the center of Georgetown. Lot of points of interest on walking distance from the hotel. Old town, Love lane, Jetty’s. This boutique hotel is a nice ancient chinese style house, with just 8 or 9 rooms. Areas for improvement are the beds / mattresses. Really rock solid and prevents a good sleep. And also the breakfast was pretty limited choices; toast, jam, 4 or 5 hot options and also exactly the same for 3 days. Note you’re in the city and this old house lacks good isolation, so trafficnoise and bar music is around till late, but this didn’t bother us much.

It is a beautifully renovated, small hotel in the heart of the UNESCO heritage area of Georgetown, within walking distance to lots of dining options and interesting sites. The staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast and the small gift were lovely too. We thoroughly enjoyed our brief stay. Thank you!

The numbers of room in the hotel are small and its chic. One thing though the hotel could install an elevator for seniors' connivence of movement due to steep staircase, particularly when moving luggage up and down the staircase. All and all the hotel get my full marks.

The room was unsatisfactory it was only room on the ground floor at street level and it had no window that we could open ,we could hear breakfast staff in at 7am,I dropped my engagement ring and had to pull out the locker to try and retrieve it it had not been cleaned for a long time lots of dust ect spoons papers ,I liked the hotel but would advise anyone to ask for a room upstairs

Location is great but the bed was uncomfortable. The mattress was HARD not just firm and the pillows had no support. Breakfast was cold and lacking. But the location is great to walk around Georgetown.

Hotellet ligger godt og centralt. Det er dog også en af ulemperne, da der var meget støj fra omkringliggende barer fra kl. 22-02 (i hvert fald fredag og lørdag). Derudover var det meget meget hårde senge… ikke rart. Personalet var venlige.

ヘリテージホテルに泊まりたくて3泊しました。 概ね良好なホテルと言えます。 不満点を挙げるなら、温水で、一応給湯設備はあるのですが、シャワーを使っているうちに水になってしまい、妻や娘は寒がっていました。 立地はジョージタウンを満喫するのに最高ですね。 夜に賑わうBarの通りに近く、土曜日の夜は賑やかですが、案外部屋に戻ると騒音は気になりませんでした。 建物や調度品は歴史を感じさせるもので、没入感あって好きでした。 また、無料で朝食が振る舞われます。 毎日同じメニューでしたが何の不満もありません。だった無料なんですから。とても美味しかったですよ。 今回は8歳の娘を連れて、家族で利用しましたが、家族利用は向いていないかもしれません。 そう再々行けるものでもないので、またの利用は難しいかもしれませんが、次回は系列のホテルに宿泊してみたいと思います。

Nice location in the center of Georgetown. Lot of points of interest on walking distance from the hotel. Old town, Love lane, Jetty’s. This boutique hotel is a nice ancient chinese style house, with just 8 or 9 rooms. Areas for improvement are the beds / mattresses. Really rock solid and prevents a good sleep. And also the breakfast was pretty limited choices; toast, jam, 4 or 5 hot options and also exactly the same for 3 days. Note you’re in the city and this old house lacks good isolation, so trafficnoise and bar music is around till late, but this didn’t bother us much.

It is a beautifully renovated, small hotel in the heart of the UNESCO heritage area of Georgetown, within walking distance to lots of dining options and interesting sites. The staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast and the small gift were lovely too. We thoroughly enjoyed our brief stay. Thank you!

乾淨，整齊，安靜。櫃檯人員親切。水和洗澡用品不夠他們會再給，感受很體貼。去夜市或是光大公車轉運站很方便。附近餐廳很多，不怕沒東西吃。如果下雨，不用怕，門口水退的很快。

The numbers of room in the hotel are small and its chic. One thing though the hotel could install an elevator for seniors' connivence of movement due to steep staircase, particularly when moving luggage up and down the staircase. All and all the hotel get my full marks.
