3. Room Policies—Early Arrival/Late Check-out: Subject to availability. Late check-out may incur additional charges. — Early Departure: A Full charge (100%) of the confirmed stay will apply after check-in. — Connecting Rooms: Available upon request and subject to availability. — Extra Person Charge: MYR 350 net per person, per night (age 4 and above). Includes daybed, breakfast, and in-room amenities.
4. Credit Card Holder must be present in the hotel and please ensure to bring along the same card that has been used for payment on your booking as it is our local Bank requirement for verification for cards used for the online transactions fees. The credit card used to make the booking must be presented upon check-in.
5. Deposit: MYR 300.00 per night will be collected upon check-in. Alternatively, guests may opt to settle charges in cash based on consumption.
6. Malaysia Tourism Tax: MYR 10.00 per room, per night is imposed by the country of Malaysia and collected at the property from 1 January 2022. Permanent residents and Malaysian nationals are exempt from the tax.
8. Additional supplement charge for third person at MYR350 nett per person per day inclusive of day bed, breakfast, and room amenities (age 4 and above) for all room categories and suites excluding the family room and beachfront family room. Maximum 1 extra bed per room. The additional supplement charge for third person is not include in the room rate. To request, kindly contact hotel reservation team.
9. Hotel will be having compulsory NEW YEAR’S EVE DINNER on 31st December 2025 at RM800nett per adult and RM400nett per child. The compulsory dinner charges will apply for all stays across the New Year’s Eve period (31 December 2025). Charges are included in the room rate is for 2 persons. For additional persons, the New Year Eve Gala Dinner charge will be collected upon check in.
11. From 1 January 2025, The Tourism Promotional Fee of RM10nett per room per night and RM20 per room per night during selected events such as the Langkawi International Maritime and Aerospace (LIMA), Ironman Langkawi, Le Tour De Langkawi and Oceanman Langkawi. This fee is not included in the reservation and will be collected from guests upon arrival.
Fruits with strong odours or staining properties—such as durians and mangosteens—are strictly prohibited in guest rooms.
Suite Room Privileges: — Complimentary The Club access for two registered guests: — Breakfast choices: American or Asian set menu at The Club or buffet at Spice Market/Pelangi Grill. — Evening cocktails (5:00 PM – 7:00 PM) and all-day refreshments (7:00 AM – 9:00 PM). — Exclusive discounts: 20% off food and beverages and 15% off spa treatments (not combinable with other offers).
New Year’s Eve Dinner – 31 December 2025— A compulsory New Year’s Eve Dinner charge applies on 31 December 2025 at RM800 nett per adult and RM400 nett per child. Additional guests are subject to charges upon check-in.

Excellent property, right on a private beqch. Walking distance from water sports activities and to the buzzing Chenang town. Beautifully architectured property, good sized rooms, fantastic pools and excellent onsite restaurants with a great blend of traditional asian cuisine and continental cuisine. Customer service in all areas - front desk, baggage pickup and drop off, restaurant, pool etc were superior. Will be back for sure if we are back in Langkawi again.

Hotel was nothing much like the pictures, the rooms smelt of damp, they did not want to let us upgrade the room annd told us a local group would be priorotised and told us that’s just how it is. We were asked to pay a city tax which was never stipulated. One of the nights there was loud noises around the room outside with someone screaming and shouting and also making noises, they would not stop and hotel staff came but did little to resolve it other than offer us another room at 4am! On the day of checkout they called us at 11am to check out despite checkout being 12pm, like they wanted us to leave asap.

Had the best stay ever!! Staffs were very courteous, kind, polite, sincere and smiling always. The resort was huge but there are free buggy services available. We were greeted by a huge front lobby and a very warm welcome by a concierge staff named Danial. He explained to us in details about the resorts, open timing of some facilities and etc. Resort have 3 swimming pools. The main one comes with a kids' pool. We enjoyed ourselves on all 3 of them. Kids will have fun with a to feed the goats and also an indoor activity place with lots of programme for them. We got a room facing their 2nd swimming pool. Room was clean, big and cosy. The outside of our room was kampung-like but the inside is very modern. Clean drinking water was provided in the room in sealed glass bottle. You can just call room service for free top up of those. Resort is accessible to beaches. Around 10mins walk to Cenang Beach Walk. Beaches are clean with white soft sands. A lot of eating places along the beach. Cenang mall is also near.

Had a wonderful stay at Penang Beach Resort in Langkawi. I booked a sea view room, and waking up to the beautiful ocean scenery every morning was definitely the highlight of the trip. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, with a balcony that offered stunning views of the beach and sunset. The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout my stay, always ready to assist with any requests. The location was convenient, with easy access to the beach and nearby attractions. Breakfast offered a good variety of options and was a great way to start the day.

We had a pleasant and wonderful stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were well maintained and clean. We had a nice lakefront view. The beachside was also very clean. The resort is walkable distance from the street so good for shopping. The food at the restaurants in the resort can be improved.

Hotel is very nicely presented, buildings and pools look impressive although things seem a bit tired when you look in detail. Food was ok, but also missing the Malaysian restaurant all week so that was limiting. Breakfast buffet ok nothing amazing. On a plus so many loungers by the pool and beach. But one major problem, where we stayed on the resort there is a music venue over the road and it plays music all night Fridays and Saturdays, still music going at 9am! Could not sleep. Be warned, staff know about it but didn’t have any apology

Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und groß. Der Kleiderschrank ist leider komplett im Bad. Wenn das Klo oder Bad besetzt ist, kommt man leider nicht an seine Bekleidung. Was aber ein großes Problem ist, die Häuser sind komplett hellhörig. Wer im Erdgeschoss wohnt, hört Tag und Nacht jeden Schritt der über ihm wohnenden Gäste. Hat mich meinen erholsamen Schlaf gekostet. Der Pool ist sehr groß aber leider nicht sehr tief und schliesst leider schon um 20 Uhr. Leider gibt es keinen Schatten, was bei der starken Sonnenbestrahlung echt gefährlich sein kann. Die Essensauswahl beim Frühstück ist umfangreich, könnte noch etwas mehr für Europär sein. Leider gibt es zu wenig Sitzplätze und wir mussten immer auf einen freien Tisch warten. Der Strandabschnitt ist sehr schön und es stehen viele Liegen zur Verfügung.

The resort was beautiful, beach and pools were good and plenty of comfortable sun-loungers and fresh towels. Breakfast was good with a vast array of cuisines to please the many cultures staying at the hotel. Location was perfect for a beach still into town. Rooms were spacious and well appointed. We had a sea view room with balcony. However, the downside was that you could hear what was going on in the rooms above and to the sides of ours. General noise (children crying, prayer time, moving around) we could cope with but we had two nights of being kept awake by inconsiderate neighbours above us who were banging doors and cupboards and arguing, so much so we rang reception at midnight to complain. Nothing was done unfortunately until we raised it with the duty manager again the following day and we moved rooms. It did taint our experience as we were hoping for a relaxing stay and it was the most expensive hotel of our trip. The staff were helpful however and as the buildings are wooden, you are going to get some noise but this was beyond acceptable. So I would say you are at the mercy of your neighbours to a certain extent.

A great hotel within short distance from the airport. Two excellent swimming pools and fantastic breakfast. We encountered two separate issues during our stay and it took a bit of back and forth of emailing and Expedia’s interference to resolve. Without those issues it would have been a truly wonderful experience.
