I stayed at this resort in Mar 2026. It is clean, quiet, & secluded. All staffs greeted us with a smile at all time, and they even personalized our 25th anniversary with decoration and a custom made key chain; a small but meaningful gesture. Room service & turn down service were great. Pool and beach are clean. The only thing that needs improvement is the food; it was not bad, but not eye opening either. We will definitely consider going back if we can.

It exceeded my expectations!! This hotel is so beautiful and we enjoyed every single minute of it. The staff are so friendly and nice, we were definitely spoilt and pampered throughout our stay. They’ve also gone above and beyond for our honeymoon which we were so touched and made our experience so beautiful. The breakfast buffet was so delicious, I’ve been to many hotels but this is definitely number 1. The food at beach grill and horizon was so delicious too. We also enjoyed our massage at the spa and Que was very knowledgable and entertaining for the nature walk. Absolutely recommend this place, honestly no need to look elsewhere ! We will be coming back again soon :)

I stayed at this resort in Mar 2026. It is clean, quiet, & secluded. Stayed in a beachfront villa 21 and it was amazing. Location was perfect. Had shade from the trees to escape the sun but direct access to the beach. Located between Horizons bar and the restaurant. Staff was very personable. Jat was our Butler and he made us feel welcomed and was always there if we had a request. All the staff was exceptional to be honest!!

Lo bueno: - Muy buenas instalaciones: habitaciones tipo cabaña grandes, cuarto de baño espacioso, cama comodísima, espacios comunes estupendos, dos piscinas, una de ellas solo para adultos, playa privada… - Organización general impecable: servicio de traslado interior a distintas zonas del complejo, facilidad para las excursiones, personal amable y resolutivo. - Variedad de restaurantes, desayuno variadísimo y abundante. Lo malo: - La playa tiene un aviso permanente de mejor no bañarse por la existencia de animales peligrosos. Estaba vacía prácticamente siempre. - Al reservar la estancia y enviarte información sobre los restaurantes del hotel, no informan de que es necesario reservar mesa en todos con antelación, lo que provoca que llegues y , si tu estancia es corta como la nuestra (dos días), el riesgo de tener que comer siempre en el restaurante de batalla es alto. - En recepción no son inicialmente muy colaboradores ante la petición de un late check out, lo que no se entiende cuando en su web aparecen habitaciones disponibles…. Tener que quejarse formalmente y ya, de paso, hacerlo también en cuanto a la falta de información previa por su sistema de reservas para comidas y cenas, para conseguir que te lo concedan, sobra en un hotel de esta categoría y pretensiones. Conclusión: sería un cinco fuer másvez me

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 100/100 - An Unforgettable Escape The Ritz-Carlton, Langkawi was everything I was hoping for and more. From the moment we arrived, the attention to detail was second to none. The level of politeness, genuine warmth, and attentiveness from every single member of staff made the entire stay feel incredibly personal and special. The rooms are absolutely stunning, beautifully designed, peaceful, and luxurious. It truly felt like a proper escape from reality, exactly what I was looking for. Every detail is thoughtfully considered, making it easy to completely relax and switch off. The monkeys roaming the resort genuinely add to the experience and make it feel even more unique and connected to nature. A special shout-out to the buggy drivers, who were all incredibly quick, helpful, and friendly, always arriving with a smile. Another huge thank you to Lee at the Beach Grill Restaurant, who was so kind and welcoming, and to the entire team at Horizon, where we spent a lot of our time and were consistently looked after so well. The front of house team also deserve a big mention they were lovely, organised everything I needed seamlessly, and even followed up to make sure all my questions were answered. That extra care really stood out. Overall, I honestly could not recommend this resort highly enough. Exceptional service, beautiful surroundings, and an experience that feels truly special. The room was amazing, staff was super attentive and lots of free things. Property is not showing its age at all. Food options are very good , the kitchen especially is amazing. The buffet at all Ritz Carlton are top notch

2025年12月に宿泊しました。ジャングルの中に施設があるような自然豊かな雰囲気の中で、日常から離れてのんびりする事が出来ました。 敷地がとても広いので、食事やプールに行く時などバギーをお願いしての移動です。部屋から近い施設には散歩がてら歩いたりしましたが、結構急な坂道も多いので、上りはまあまあきつかったです。 スタッフの方々は皆さんとてもフレンドリーで親切で、どの方も気持ちよい接客でした。 欧米からの宿泊客も多かったです。ここが気に入って毎年来ているという方も多いようでした。 お部屋にはサルが来るので窓を開けないようにという注意書きがありましたが、サルが姿を現す事がなかったので、バルコニーで少しゆっくりしていたところ、突然数匹のサルが現れました！目と口の周りが白くて愛嬌のある顔立ちで、とても大人しかったです。こんな風に自然や動物と触れ合う機会はなかなかないので、とても貴重な経験でした。 お食事は正直高い、、、ですが、何を食べても美味しい！ プールサイドでは、冷たい飲み物やカットフルーツ、団扇など持ってきてくださり、のんびりできました。入口にはサンスクリーンやアロエジェルなどもあり、自由に使う事が出来ます。 とにかく全てが素晴らしく、ランカウイにまた行く時には絶対にこちらのホテルに泊まりたいと思っています。

We really enjoyed our family stay at Ritz Carlton Langkawi with our toddler. The room was impressive (very spacious, clean, ocean views - one of the nicest rooms we’ve stayed in), breakfast buffet was amazing and the hotel was very kid friendly. We appreciated the little things that customer service thought of - one day we came back to our room and there was a kids tent in the room! These little thoughtful touches made our stay memorable and I would definitely recommend this hotel and would come again!

This hotel is pure luxury and we enjoyed our stay from start to finish. The staff are unbelievably friendly at all times. They make such an effort to be personable and will subtly offer to help with things before you even get the chance to ask! We chose to upgrade to an ocean villa which was absolutely stunning. Completely secluded in a beautiful setting. Wildlife all around and the most tranquil view of the sea outside the villa. The food and drink were amazing and even though the adults only pool/bar was closed for maintenance, the hotel opened two normally private villas with fairly large pools which we could enjoy. These were super quiet and the staff were continuously bringing us snacks and complimentary drinks (as well as food and drinks from the beach bar if we needed!). The breakfast was brilliant and the restaurant was picturesque, nestled into the trees. There was even a great gym and lovely areas to walk around. We had the absolute best time at this resort. It felt like a mini paradise and although it is not cheap, we felt it was worth every single penny. The small touches made everything even more special. We hope to be back one day!

素晴らしい滞在でした スタッフの笑顔に癒されました また宿泊したい ギフトショップはam8:30〜am11:00の短時間営業で少し戸惑いました スパは前日までに予約入れた方が良いです

I stayed at this resort in Mar 2026. It is clean, quiet, & secluded. All staffs greeted us with a smile at all time, and they even personalized our 25th anniversary with decoration and a custom made key chain; a small but meaningful gesture. Room service & turn down service were great. Pool and beach are clean. The only thing that needs improvement is the food; it was not bad, but not eye opening either. We will definitely consider going back if we can.

It exceeded my expectations!! This hotel is so beautiful and we enjoyed every single minute of it. The staff are so friendly and nice, we were definitely spoilt and pampered throughout our stay. They’ve also gone above and beyond for our honeymoon which we were so touched and made our experience so beautiful. The breakfast buffet was so delicious, I’ve been to many hotels but this is definitely number 1. The food at beach grill and horizon was so delicious too. We also enjoyed our massage at the spa and Que was very knowledgable and entertaining for the nature walk. Absolutely recommend this place, honestly no need to look elsewhere ! We will be coming back again soon :)

Stayed in a beachfront villa 21 and it was amazing. Location was perfect. Had shade from the trees to escape the sun but direct access to the beach. Located between Horizons bar and the restaurant. Staff was very personable. Jat was our Butler and he made us feel welcomed and was always there if we had a request. All the staff was exceptional to be honest!!

Lo bueno: - Muy buenas instalaciones: habitaciones tipo cabaña grandes, cuarto de baño espacioso, cama comodísima, espacios comunes estupendos, dos piscinas, una de ellas solo para adultos, playa privada… - Organización general impecable: servicio de traslado interior a distintas zonas del complejo, facilidad para las excursiones, personal amable y resolutivo. - Variedad de restaurantes, desayuno variadísimo y abundante. Lo malo: - La playa tiene un aviso permanente de mejor no bañarse por la existencia de animales peligrosos. Estaba vacía prácticamente siempre. - Al reservar la estancia y enviarte información sobre los restaurantes del hotel, no informan de que es necesario reservar mesa en todos con antelación, lo que provoca que llegues y , si tu estancia es corta como la nuestra (dos días), el riesgo de tener que comer siempre en el restaurante de batalla es alto. - En recepción no son inicialmente muy colaboradores ante la petición de un late check out, lo que no se entiende cuando en su web aparecen habitaciones disponibles…. Tener que quejarse formalmente y ya, de paso, hacerlo también en cuanto a la falta de información previa por su sistema de reservas para comidas y cenas, para conseguir que te lo concedan, sobra en un hotel de esta categoría y pretensiones. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 100/100 - An Unforgettable Escape The Ritz-Carlton, Langkawi was everything I was hoping for and more. From the moment we arrived, the attention to detail was second to none. The level of politeness, genuine warmth, and attentiveness from every single member of staff made the entire stay feel incredibly personal and special. The rooms are absolutely stunning, beautifully designed, peaceful, and luxurious. It truly felt like a proper escape from reality, exactly what I was looking for. Every detail is thoughtfully considered, making it easy to completely relax and switch off. The monkeys roaming the resort genuinely add to the experience and make it feel even more unique and connected to nature. A special shout-out to the buggy drivers, who were all incredibly quick, helpful, and friendly, always arriving with a smile. Another huge thank you to Lee at the Beach Grill Restaurant, who was so kind and welcoming, and to the entire team at Horizon, where we spent a lot of our time and were consistently looked after so well. The front of house team also deserve a big mention they were lovely, organised everything I needed seamlessly, and even followed up to make sure all my questions were answered. That extra care really stood out. Overall, I honestly could not recommend this resort highly enough. Exceptional service, beautiful surroundings, and an experience that feels truly special.
