I as a group of four have just stayed at Noru hotel for a week. The staff in all areas cannot do enough for those staying. We found they helped with any issue we had. One night the options for our evening meal were limited to only meat and no fish option. We spoke to the chef and she immediately offered us a fish option. Only one thing I was not happy with was that we regularly used the stairs but would find everyday that there was on almost all floors, plates, a trolley and dirty linen as if no one was using the stairs. I understand the need to keep the hotel corridors clear and tidy but the stairs should be aswell. A great location for access to all locations on Malta. All staff are friendly, helpful and eager to please. A great stay.

The hotel is a short 2-3 minutes walk from the bus stop where the Airport Direct (TD2) bus stops & load. A short 5 minute walk to St. George' Beach. Better book a room with a terrace in front as rooms behind are closer to the construction noise of a new building being built next to it. The room is spacious & comfortable for 2 persons.

Hôtel très bien et le personnel très serviable et aimable et gentil. A proximité des arrêts de bus global ainsi que le bus pour aéroport.

호텔 직원분들 친절하심. 방 상태 좋음. 호텔 시설 좋음. 바로 옆 공사장 때문에 매우 시끄러움. 매일 굴착기 작업소리때문에 아침부터 괴로웠음.

객실과 호텔 시설은 만족했습니다. 다만, 바로 옆이 공사장이라 조용히 쉴 수 없었습니다. 매일 굴착기 작업소리때문에 매우 괴로웠습니다. 주변이 공사장인걸 알았다면 예약하지 않았을겁니다.

Nous avons passé 6 nuits a cet hotel. Dommage qu on ne nous ai pas signifié qu il y avait des travaux a coté de l hotel (du lundi au samedi de 6h45 a 18h) marteau piqueur toute la journée. Difficile de se reposer et obligé de partir tot le matin 😮‍💨 Le ménage trés succint, il manquait toujours soit des serviettes ou tapis de bain. Pas de changement des peignoirs obligé de les mettre a secher sur le balcon car sinon reste humide. A part cela la piscine etait agreable, et le personnel très agréable.

Rent fint rom, veldig bråkete utenfor. Var som å bo på en byggeplass man-fredag. Var også en uventet betaling på 200€, som en sikkerhet for dem. Ellers veldig bra hotel

L‘hotel est bien situé et bien desservi. Le personnel est très serviable et compétent en particulier Julia à la reception. L’espace Petit déjeuner mérite d'être repensé pour plus de fluidité en revanche en termes de choix c’est correct. La piscine intérieure est convenable.

Could not complain about the staff, always happy to help. Pool and Spa was relaxing. Breakfast was ok, food changed so not always the same, had 1 meal in the restaurant, not the best, ordered Pork Belly but got ribs and only when asked was informed chef could not get belly not when ordering.

I don't usually write reviews but I feel I have to. It was one of the worst experiences I've had in a hotel. The people working at the hotel did not care about concerns - saying that they would provide us with slippers and then forgetting about it two times. There was no WiFi in the hotel for two days and they did nothing to fix it.

Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und auch das Badezimmer war gut ausgestattet mit zwei Waschbecken. Das Frühstück war lecker und auch die Auswahl war gut. Den Spa- Bereich habe ich leider nicht genutzt da ich keine Zeit dafür hatte. Ich habe ihn mir einmal angesehen und optisch war schön.

Muy bien el hotel, el desayuno, la ubicacion y la habitacion estaba bastante bien. me gusto muchisimo con la piscina cubierta.

Meille ei ilmoitettu etukäteen hotellilla maksettavasta maksusta (50€/päivä) joka palautetaan jos huoneeseen ei ole aiheutunut tuhoa. Meille se oli yht. 200€ joka on aika paljon. hotellin vieressä työmaa, joka aloittaa kello 7 aamulla työt. huoneeseen kantautuu paljon ääntä porauksesta. aamupalalla olisi voinut olla enemmän valikoimaa mutta muuten hyvä. asiakaspalvelu asiallista.
