A fantastic hotel! The rooms were spacious and clean and the air conditioning was amazing! The pool area (and the activities) was our favourite part! All food and drinks that we had in the hotel were also fantastic! My gluten free needs were catered for well (the breakfast options were all well labelled with allergen ingredients and there were plenty of gf options throughout the hotel.)

Equipe de funcionários muito cortez e solícita. Sempre dispostos a garantir o bem-estar dos hóspedes. A arrumação e limpeza dos quartos foram impecáveis. O café da manhã muito farto, com grande variedade, embora demasiado focado no estilo inglês de café da manhã, que para o meu paladar é muito pesado. Apesar de o estacionamento ser público, só tive dificuldade de encontrar vaga no dia que cheguei, que era um sábado à tarde. Nos demais dias e horários, havia muita vaga disponível. A localização é perfeita para fazer a travessia para Comino e Gozo, com transporte mesmo à porta para as duas ilhas. O terminal de ferry para levar o carro para Gozo também fica bem próximo ao hotel. Não há oferta de restaurantes próximos, apenas os do hotel.

Il faudrait rénové les piscines extérieures et un peu plus de nettoyage de l'eau... Les chambres sont un peu vieillotte et les . La clim ne fonctionne pas bien et fait du bruit en tout cas dans notre chambre on a eu aussi des cafard dans la salle de bain il doivent avoir l'habitude car les personnes qui faisaient l'entretien des chambres avaient des bombes pour insectes Ils annoncent un parking pour la clientèle mais en faite c'est un parking pour tout le monde car il appartient pas à l'hôtel. Et le pompon 1 fois part semaine la direction vous invite à 17 h a 18h pour se présenter je trouve cela sympa donc j'y vais la direction est passée pour parlé de table en table et moi j attends mon tour mais a 18h pile il sonne le gong et c'est fini donc j'ai été très déçu j'ai passé 1h seul avec le verre offert et c'est tout.. Enfin déçu

Food was great, lots of choices. They offer free Yoga and Pilates lessons. Evening live music performance. The location was fantastic, outside jetty have boat/ferry to Gozo or Comino Island.

We Spent our honeymoon here and absolutely loved it. We did AI and the food was unreal! Changing nightly, with also amazing breakfasts and lunches. The staff was super friendly and the room comfortable. The hotel is also perfectly located to travel Malta or go on adventures. Recommend.

This has had to be one of the best hotel experiences we have had in a long time, The staff extremely welcoming and helpful nothing was to much bother for them and they were great for local information and helping with travel and trip arrangements There are 4 different restaurants to choose from plus the buffet restaurant which provides a decent selection of Mediterranean and Lebanese cuisine and the food across the board has been amazing Breakfast in the morning provides a huge selection of items to choose from to set you up for the day Swimming pool facilities are beautiful and clean with a lovely bar for the two outdoor pools with stunning views of the Mediterranean And a lovely relaxing indoor pool should the sun get a bit much The new yacht club bar on the 1st floor makes fantastic cocktails made to order and the evening entertainment has been alot of fun Finally being able to sit and enjoy the sunset on the bar balcony has been a highlight for us and the view from our room. The accessibility has also been amazing if you are in a wheel chair or have mobility issues you will be very well looked after here. My wife and I will definitely be back for another stay as we loved it so much malta has become our new favourite place to stay and it's all thanks to this wonderful hotel and the lovely staff here Thank you Edward

They need better entertainment at night time.. the hallways need to be cleaned.. the carpet in the hallways were filthy. They need to put down and laminate floors in the hallway, so they stay clean.. the breakfast was excellent.. The spa part was not the best. The hot tub was only half working. The steam room did not work for three days. The sauna was good… The staff was very helpful and kind.

ROOM; clean & efficient. A/C worked but got quite cold without an extra blanket. TV offered 2 to 3 terrestrial channels in English (I should have brought my Roku?). Balcony & appointment had a great view but every night a bright lower light came on that would shine to the head of the bed; curtains didn’t help & light shone from hallway under door too. BAR: Lovely 1st floor bar with unshaded & hot terrace - oddly, no one invests in fans in Malta? There was another bar & cafe downstairs if you wanted to sit indoors. RESTAURANTS: a couple belonging to hotel & a couple that didn’t, I guess. As breakfast was included, comprising of a fairly extensive buffet, it gave me a sampling of what it offered. Didn’t care for the breakfast much; mundane for my taste so I ended up with cooked porridge. People were stuffing extras to take with them but after being stopped for taking an apple…? I ate in the other place downstairs & had a truly full salad from one of the outsiders. STAFF: wonderful!! Hard workers too! WORST Bit: the pools closed at 7pm so unless you want to risk the dark & pretty harrowing sea? I was told on two occasions that the only other pool was underground in the Spa. I had seen another pool outside on the map., but told twice no. On the last day I asked about this pool again & they finally agreed it was there but ‘only for a section of the hotel’ & it was very small apparently. BEST: Lovely front of house manager lady!

It was my second time at this hotel and it didn’t disappoint. I would give it a 5 star if the spa was a bit better, but it’s quite underwhelming for a resort. It’s located in Mellieha which is quite far from Valletta and the other “central” cities. The hotel is located near a beach though and the boats to Comino. It has beautiful view of Gozo, Comino and the sea. Enjoyed my stay thoroughly. Staff is great and rooms are clean. Will go again.
