I really loved this hotel and will surely return. Selection of food was great, I also loved that it had indoor swimming pool with salty water!! The staff was also very nice.

Didn’t get 5 stars owing to having fire alarms going off on two nights. One at 2.00 am and another night at 5.00 am. Dudnt make it a relaxing break as only there for four nights.

Zimmer hell und klar zweckmäßig eingerichtet,hatten ein zimmer am ende das gangs und somit ein eckbalkon mit panorama blick.reinigung jeden tag sauber und schnell.frühstück reichhaltig.obst war teilweise aus Konserven das war nicht so gut.ende oktober nicht so voll daher sehr angenehme Atmosphäre. Personal sehr freundlich.

Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Bügelbrett und das Bügeleisen wurden sehr schnell gebracht. Das Zimmer ist sehr sauber und gemütlich. Das Essen ist sehr lecker. Ich möchte auch erwähnen, dass das Hotel beim frühen Check-out morgens anbietet, Essen zum Mitnehmen an der Rezeption zu bekommen. Das finde ich einen großen Pluspunkt. Der einzige Nachteil ist das WLAN, für das wir 5 Euro bezahlt haben – leider hat es im Zimmer 536 fast nicht funktioniert. Das Spa ist ausgezeichnet, der Innenpool ist sehr schön und warm, aber leider ist er nur bis 19:00 Uhr geöffnet. Es wäre angenehmer, wenn der Innenpool länger geöffnet wäre, damit man sich vor dem Schlafengehen entspannen und schwimmen könnte. Ich empfehle das Hotel und möchte sehr gerne wiederkommen! The staff is friendly and welcoming. They brought the ironing board and iron very quickly. The room is very clean and cozy. The food is delicious. I also want to mention that when checking out early in the morning, the hotel offers to take some food with you from the reception — I think this is a big plus. The only downside is the Wi-Fi, which we paid 5 euros for, but unfortunately it barely worked in room 536. The spa is excellent, the indoor pool is very nice and warm, but unfortunately it’s open only until 7 p.m. It would be nicer if the indoor pool stayed open longer, so you could relax and swim before going to bed. I recommend this hotel and would love to come back again!

Top Personal, gute lange.

Clean rooms, nice staff. Unexplained fire alarms in middle of the night. ( no fires) its out of the way but easily accessible by bus or ( i suggest) Bolt. A big breakfast buffet, worth it. Dinner buffet was a little underwhelming. We only had breakfsat included and ate in the towns we visited all but once. A bussling little harbor with nice views.

I had requested a quiet room on a high floor. We were put on floor 4 of 5. The corridor floor was part covered with laminate flooring, which was lifting up and a trip hazard. I’d upgraded to a superior room with a sea view. There was nothing superior about the room, basic and dusty. Our view was 50% land, 30% the hotel across and 20% a scruffy bay between our hotel and the one across. Our room was directly above the delivery bay, so there was noise from Lorrie’s and vans most of the day. There was dust on the floor and on top of the safe. We only had 8 coat hangers and the safe didn’t work. Staff were good and dealt with fixing the safe and providing more hangers. The limited range of toiletries were in small plastic bottles, not eco friendly. There was a water machine that was out of order for 2 days and didn’t supply cold water, it was warm. The throw on the bed was covered in bits of fluff, which at first I thought was dust or dirt, despite removing it each day, the cleaner kept putting it back on the bed and it was not changed in the time we were there. There was no soundproofing, we could hear conversations next door, furniture being frequently moved in the room above. Don’t bother booking a spa day as the treatments and facilities are not worth the cost. One steam room, sauna and a jacuzzi with a few jets so low down they just blast your coccyx. There were elderly and disabled clients on our floor and I was worried some would trip on the corridor flooring.

Nära Gozo, Comino och bussen. Annars väldigt off. Sängarna var jättebra. Men hade 2 tjocka hårda kuddar. Sov utan. Poolerna var fina men jääättekalla. Bra service överallt. Något sämre i Lobbybaren. Livemusik och uppträdande varje kväll. Bra. All inclusive bra.

Bellissima struttura affacciata in una baia meravigliosa della bellissima zona nord di Malta. A mio avviso quella con le spiagge migliori. Personale gentilissimo. Si ha dall'inizio alla fine del soggiorno la sensazione di essere coccolati. Camere spaziose e pulite. Ottima la colazione. Così come squisito il cibo dei ristoranti dell'hotel. A due passi la fermata del bus che ti porta ovunque. E proprio di fronte all'hotel la partenza dei migliori tour di comino e blue lagoon. Sicuramente consigliato!

I had a wonderful stay at the Riviera Hotel! The ambiance was perfect, and the amenities were top-notch. I want to extend a special thank you to Jamar, Eunice, and Anna at the reception for their exceptional help, and also to Martin Sapiano, the Guest Relations Manager, for making my stay extra special. Everyone was incredibly helpful and made me feel truly valued. I can’t wait to return!

Les chambres sont confortables et la literie très bien. Le restaurant libanais est fabuleux, le restaurant italien excellent également. Tous deux avec un personnel aussi compétent que sympathique, organisé et souriant, notamment Engin et Jyothis

Struttura grande, con 2 ristoranti e una sala buffet per la colazione e ogni sera cene a tema. Terrazza, piscina, stanze grandi, vista spettacolare

Staff were lovely. English is not their first language and they do try to accommodate, at times, you do ask multiple times for things but eventually do get it, esp drinks. We did all inclusive, the breakfast is the same every day! Lunch and dinner change, they do themed evening meals. Grill/bar is very very limited and depending if your pool side or reception the menu varies. Pizza was soggy and cheese not melted. You have to pay for grill items such as burgers. In the main restaurant, salads were always random, I found the lettuce dull and depressed and then they would have weird pasta salads. Most foods came with olives ... Even scrambled eggs!.. Some items lacked seasoning. Pasta could have been cooked longer as was quite hard. They do cater for those who dont like to eat anything aboard such as chicken nuggets and chips!. Best food they offered was the Lebanese selection. There was a big selection of desserts - I didn't try any but looked nice. Food was very samish daily. Watermelon was hot and miss if it was red and tasty. They were quick to clean tables in-between diners. Drinks vary in-between server and area, sometimes a drink is available on AI other times it's not, it's very hit and miss as to whether it's included. Water from the restaurant tasted like melted ice, the water machines upstairs tasted better. This place lacks entertainment. Nothing to see around the hotel, pretty baron!!!
