Everyone was super helpful and kind and our room was lovely. Very clean. Nice breakfast and decent spa experience!

This has had to be one of the best hotel experiences we have had in a long time, The staff extremely welcoming and helpful nothing was to much bother for them and they were great for local information and helping with travel and trip arrangements There are 4 different restaurants to choose from plus the buffet restaurant which provides a decent selection of Mediterranean and Lebanese cuisine and the food across the board has been amazing Breakfast in the morning provides a huge selection of items to choose from to set you up for the day Swimming pool facilities are beautiful and clean with a lovely bar for the two outdoor pools with stunning views of the Mediterranean And a lovely relaxing indoor pool should the sun get a bit much The new yacht club bar on the 1st floor makes fantastic cocktails made to order and the evening entertainment has been alot of fun Finally being able to sit and enjoy the sunset on the bar balcony has been a highlight for us and the view from our room. The accessibility has also been amazing if you are in a wheel chair or have mobility issues you will be very well looked after here. My wife and I will definitely be back for another stay as we loved it so much malta has become our new favourite place to stay and it's all thanks to this wonderful hotel and the lovely staff here Thank you Edward

They need better entertainment at night time.. the hallways need to be cleaned.. the carpet in the hallways were filthy. They need to put down and laminate floors in the hallway, so they stay clean.. the breakfast was excellent.. The spa part was not the best. The hot tub was only half working. The steam room did not work for three days. The sauna was good… The staff was very helpful and kind.

ROOM; clean & efficient. A/C worked but got quite cold without an extra blanket. TV offered 2 to 3 terrestrial channels in English (I should have brought my Roku?). Balcony & appointment had a great view but every night a bright lower light came on that would shine to the head of the bed; curtains didn’t help & light shone from hallway under door too. BAR: Lovely 1st floor bar with unshaded & hot terrace - oddly, no one invests in fans in Malta? There was another bar & cafe downstairs if you wanted to sit indoors. RESTAURANTS: a couple belonging to hotel & a couple that didn’t, I guess. As breakfast was included, comprising of a fairly extensive buffet, it gave me a sampling of what it offered. Didn’t care for the breakfast much; mundane for my taste so I ended up with cooked porridge. People were stuffing extras to take with them but after being stopped for taking an apple…? I ate in the other place downstairs & had a truly full salad from one of the outsiders. STAFF: wonderful!! Hard workers too! WORST Bit: the pools closed at 7pm so unless you want to risk the dark & pretty harrowing sea? I was told on two occasions that the only other pool was underground in the Spa. I had seen another pool outside on the map., but told twice no. On the last day I asked about this pool again & they finally agreed it was there but ‘only for a section of the hotel’ & it was very small apparently. BEST: Lovely front of house manager lady!

Alles war einwandfrei, das Ankommen, das Zimmer, die Freundlichkeit, die Sauberkeit und das tolle Frühstücksbuffet mit reichlich Auswahl. Gerne wieder :)

Essen nur ok, man könnte auch etwas mehr Qualität erwarten am Buffet, Service in der Bar sehr lahm und unorganisiert

Superbes vacances

It was my second time at this hotel and it didn’t disappoint. I would give it a 5 star if the spa was a bit better, but it’s quite underwhelming for a resort. It’s located in Mellieha which is quite far from Valletta and the other “central” cities. The hotel is located near a beach though and the boats to Comino. It has beautiful view of Gozo, Comino and the sea. Enjoyed my stay thoroughly. Staff is great and rooms are clean. Will go again.

We had a very enjoyable stay at this hotel .I would highly recommend it. Very relaxed atmosphere,excellent food.

Beautiful hotel, plenty of activities, in a peaceful location, very modern and well kept, the staff are the hotels best asset, all of them were brilliant.

Quarto limpo, café da manhã com bastante variedade, o hotel parece ser um pouco mais antigo, possui carpetes nos corredores encardidos, precisei solicitar toalha de banho e rosto, pois ao arrumarem o quarto deixaram apenas uma toalha sendo que estávamos em casal. Em um certo dia no meio da noite, o alarme de incêndio disparou e demorou um tempo para eles arrumarem. Fica em uma região que não tem comércio próximo, porém há um trailer que possuem diversos produtos e refeições que podem ser adquiridas por lá. Pontos positivos: possui ponto de ônibus próximo, e o Ferry para Comino

Food was plentiful and great quality

The hotel is in an ideal location in the North of Malta. Close to the Gozo Ferry port. There are bus stops about 2 minutes away with Buses to many destinations in Malta, including the airport. There are many countryside walks available. The hotel offers guided walks. check the notice board in the lobby The room I had was amazing. comfortable bed, nice view over the outdoor pools. While there's no bottled water in the rooms, there are filtered water machines on every floor near the lifts. Make sure you have a large water bottle. I didn't use the outdoor pools but they looked clean. The indoor pool was busy, However I went as soon as it opened in the morning and had it to myself. It was clean, at a good temperature and there wasn't a bad smell that others have mentioned. Be aware that until the spa opens at 10am there are no segregated changing rooms. The gym is ok. Some of the equipment needs maintenance, or preferably replacing. It looks like it has been there a long time. There weren't many free weights on the rack. it looked like two thirds of the slots were empty The hotel looks quite modern. I like that in the corridors there's plugin air fresheners, the floor I was on smelled like a cross between mint and pine. The bar prices are reasonable. If you go at happy hour its even cheaper. Service at the bar downstairs was amazing. However the 1st floor bar was very slow. around 15 minutes to place an order and almost 30 for the drink to arrive. The food in the restaurant
